What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and implement. Also helps to streamline processes easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience till date, there are some queries for which we have to contact the AA team but their response is really slow which impacts the delivery
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me increase the ROI as soon as we automate few processes

What do you like best about the product?
Support for all different types of processes and technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trial versions are not user friendly or easy to setup.

Have partnered with Automation Anywhere and exploring opportunities for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool for RPA although need to self explore and get upskilled as the support is limited.

We were using automation anywhere for quite a long time in our org for Robotic process automation. And it works like a champ . We have our bots hosted on AWS and we use it for our finance

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, provides the necessary tools/guidance for a regular user to be able to achieve complex developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the whole concept, probably more support for Spanish speakers would be helpful in case additional details/explanations be needed in order to improve the bots developments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to simplify and automate a series of processes that required time from key resources and that are now focused on adding value.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a very easy to use tool. At first, going through all the commands available was a little bit tricky because there is no search bar for them. But you get use to it and find the most used commands easily. The change control is intuitive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to find answers in the internet for errors and issues. The community is not that big. Also, there is a consistency issue where some times when the bot runs it would work fine but you would have to make some changes for it to work (like time delays and change object properties) for no clear reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automate processes used in the Tittle insurance industry. Mostly back office operations like filling forms, extracting data, sending emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This kind of tool would only make sense in cases where a big amount of workforce is being used to complete task that could be automated with ease. There other factors like compliance, quality, time improvements. But at the end of the day, Although I don't know the number, it is an expensive tool. So it should make sense from a business point of view.

Great software with online learning courses

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of people are simply talking about the application but there is no one who is addressing the fact that AA university has a lot of learning options and I have to tell you that it is a great way to jumpstart RPA career! I deducted 2 points for the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot to complains but I believe that the customer service doesn't respond that quickly. I have sent a couple of emails asking why they haven't sent me my certificate yet but have received no response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the work I do like computer maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere was my first approach with RPA and that was a very good way to start learning this technology. It is a friendly tool with a wide variety of validations and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software of AA have some problems with the login. To use it's necessary to re-login many time in a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps a lot with the times, error and success of the processes that I work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good option to learn RPA.

A Precise Learning towards making you first Bot

What do you like best about the product?
The course is precise and systematic.They are easy to follow and worked upon as well. The case study kind of video learning helped alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall a good experience by far. But I would like to point out a thing about assignments and quizzes. These two things should be added sectionally to build up more confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working in automation our existing client portal and this training helped me and it's still helping me to grow further in terms of the technicalities of RPA. Furtherthe functional knowledge is also provided to maintain an overall knowledge of the course.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an interesting topic and a fun one too. It's widely growing in the market and a lot of opportunities are awaiting in terms of job in RPA AUTOMATION ANYWHERE.

What do you like best about the product?
As an executive in a MNC, automation with AA gave me boost in my career in this ever growing digital market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't much things to dislike about Automation anywhere, but it could be more friendly for non technical users. though we are hoping that it will evolve with time.

As a part of the company we are using Automation anywhere for automating RCM cycle - US Healthcare
