Surprised about the complexity
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the designer as it was pretty straight forward and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I came in thinking that screen scraping would be easy to use to automate processes and found out it does not work well and screen resolution makes it impractical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just starting to look at processes that we can automate.

Great having multiple experts walking around while people were working
What do you dislike about the product?
Agenda needed to include more to help keep attendee's interested. After 4-5 hours of just working, a few people asked if they should return the next day. That means they saw 2 days of open work time too much.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool.i can automate all my scripts and I can schedule the scripts, I can save my time and it is the most efficient tool.it improves the quality and I can automate all repetitive work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing much. some times difficult to identify the scanned pdf documents, apart from this tool is absolutely fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings the speed to our digital transformation and I am automating all my manual work with the automation anywhere tool. I can schedule and run my jobs and it saving lots of time

Easy to integrate with python. The AI can be used to develop bot. It is developer friendly. Easy to develop and deploy robot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Community version is very slow. It can be more user friendly. Need to search for activities.Framework template is not given.

We are developing bot to do to mimic manual work. It helps to reduce overhead and improve the output. It can be deployed into client environment easily.

Automation Anywhere is a robust automation tool in the market. Metabots are very useful assets for Automation Anywhere which are reusable code segments. IQ bot is a big plus which is very handy for extracting details from Purchase Order and Invoices. Overall Automation anywhere outshines other automation tools in the market. Easy to develop and automate if we have good programming experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide graphical or visual representation of the automation script. Sometimes its bit tough to understand the script written by someone else and even its not easy to understand for a business user perspective as well. Work queues came bit late in the tool as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on various process i.e. Order entry, Invoice Processing. IQ bot is used in both kind of projects and we were able to deliver the solution to the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating repetitive processes which are doing on daily basis which helps in time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the process are not able do it which has formula based or scrolling or pivot table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the repetitive processes also it takes lesser time as compare to normal time. Accuracy is the more benefits over here.

Automation Anywhere has been a great help till date. It has helped me create robots and automate them in very less time. The flexibility that the tool has is very convinient.Great understanding of the tool and skillful knowledge on the logics and insights.The Automation Anywhere is very amazing and user friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts. It provides many inbuilt features to us.It's cheap, it works and it enables level of business led digital transformation that engages our team members at unprecedented levels. It's easy to understand, relatively easy to implement and enables rapid progress for problems previously seemingly too expensive to tackle or too risky to attempt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few commands like Object Cloning and excel commands which do not work always.As it is best in RPA but the tool is yet not available in the cloud environment. I hope it will come soon in cloud environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have observed we can work on automating multiple tasks and methods , and in turn use them as re usuable bots for future purpose

There is also automation anywhere support team avaliable 24/7 if required. Any doubts and they will help.Just dive in and implement this, if you have smart talented who have operations and IT backgrounds you can make using this tool a success. It's more flexible than traditional IT solutions but not so easy you can't spend the money training your teams and supporting them. It really works and it shortcomings can be easily overcome with leadership buy in and investment.
A modern and very useful technology

I love the way technology is used to accomplish daily tasks, the programs that are constantly being developed are very useful in the current era
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that there should be more videos and induction platforms to some resources, it is still a technology that only some can use, but it should be easier to teach people who are doing an internship for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The digital workforce (and digital workers) combine artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation. And this platform in particular has been of great help and discovery, it could perfectly be at another level in a short period of time.

It's fantastic, the RPA technology that everyone can use without complications. Business-level technology with the intuitive experience of a consumer application

It Automates at ease. The process in which the automation is done by using the functionality of drag and drop it is best as compared to TruBot RPA software offered by Datamatics global services India.

The Only problem is there using AA that, there is no provision to automate the mainframe systems.

1-Actually we have switched the Option of Manual Run button in case of Adhoc requirement to automated one.

Automation anywhere should add the flexibility of automating the mainframes system that our organisation can compete with users of mainframe system and stop using the IBM provide software for robotics automation processing of mainframe system using there product called as Blue prism.
AA - Robust and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
AA has really helped me automate mundane processes with utmost accuracy and speed. The metabots and IQ Bot are the best. Metabots helped me to easily divide the processes and integrate them easily with the taskbots.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there was a search option for workflow commands. I tried accessing the features of IQ Bot but my efforts were in vain as I was using the trial version. It would be better if all the features of IQ Bot be provided even to the users using a trial version. This certainly makes way to purchase the product too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried booking a ticket on makemytrip. It was interesting but it was difficult to set the departure dates as we need to select it in a pop up calendar. I wish there were several templates for different calendar pickers. Or even recognizing the image and clicking on it. At one point, the get cell by text stopped working too.
And when I tried the data scraping on an online shopping store with several keywords, I was only getting the data of the first keyword into CSV or Excel with which I created the taskbot.

Initially it seems a bit complex but as you go on, AA turns out to be good in performing various tasks which really helps us to reduce so much time and simultaneously increase the efficiency as well as accuracy of the particular task.
