What do you like best about the product?
AA makes it easy to do mundane tasks and it does it quiet effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I have on most cases is that some functionality just ceases to work and getting them back up is a nightmare. I have had issues with checking in of bots until i just decided not to use that functionality anymore.
The Support documents are full of technical language that most of the times I fail to get what they will be talking about. There is a Customer On-boarding questionnaire that you fill in when you are logging a support ticket and the information they require upfront is a challenge because of the language. What would be better is if they guide you to where you can find the information to submit so that you are not left wondering what they are talking about. In the end I log on a different ticket just to get the support personnel and then explain my problem. This however makes the troubleshooting exercise a very long one because the root problems will have to be discovered maybe by the second or third support team when the ticket is re-directed.

1. Frequent version changes in Control Room and Client Editor.
2. Object cloning commands stuck at some point if there is an immediate response to the object.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Building end to end RPA using AA for use case which are high value and require manual efforts.
2. Automating Emails routing based on business logic defined.
3. Most BOTs are used by end user after working hours to cater for the remaining pending work.

What do you like best about the product?
Web recorder and screen recorder are very friendly. Control room interface is very user friendly. Bot scheduling and monitoring is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In AA client when i select any task name it wont highlight in color. If this feature is implemented, it will be all good. Having language issues for France region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business complex tasks and nightly jobs are automated. During nights no human is required to take care of nightly jobs.

Go with AA for hassle free services.
Extremely efficient and robust RPA tool - way ahead of other RPA tools available in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature according to me is the IQBots that can be trained and deployed so easily in production. If the IQbots trained correctly it can process huge amount of unstructured data in a very short time. Oraganizations can save huge amount of human effort and money by creating and training IQbots. The web scraping feature is also very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least likeable feature accroding to me is the speed of file I/O operation especially when it comes to write the file contents into some other files.Also I feel the overall interaction with the application is a bit slow. The process of installing AA enterprise can be optimized as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that we are currently solving using AA is processing invoices using IQbot. The accuracy of processing files using IQbot is very high. The speed of processing using IQbots is another factor which I realize is a great pluspoint of AA.

If you want to automate mundane business process efficiently and accurately go for the automation anywhere tool.The best RPA tool with the most useful features in the market right now.

Great customer service, continuously making releases that really improve their customers experience with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot lifecycle process could use some improvements. we struggle with making sure everything flows from CR to CR, like credentials. someone has to manually ensure that credentials are the same in every control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's licensing constraints and poor dash-boarding. Multiple challenges while installing the server a client
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in and implement this, if you have smart talented who have operations and IT backgrounds you can make using this tool a success. It's more flexible than traditional IT solutions but not so easy you can't spend the money training your teams and supporting them. It really works and its shortcomings can be easily overcome with leadership buy-in and investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best rpa tool in the market. It has the simple and best User Interface which helps the user for better understanding. It has some features which are at best such as email automation, pdf integration, etc. It is also very helpful for the people who are not from IT background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage of memory space, the processing power of CPU is more and it is getting increased in all new versions. The UI for control room must is good but if it can be improved that should be the priority.
In community version sometime it gets logged out in every 5 minutes interval which is very frustating.

It almost solves all the pdf to excel problems, and you can also solve problems related to web. I have integrated the with my database. We can also integrate it with the external api which is a very positive point if automation anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please work on the Community version, It gets log off automatically in every 2-5 min of interval. Rest everything is good regarding the software.
My advice to the people new to the Automation Anywhere, If your basic for logic is clear you can achieve almost every scenario which does not include human thinking and intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data. By using Bot insight we can get charts, graphs, and maps, data visualization to accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. If we can see something, we internalize it quickly.It’s storytelling with a purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no display message that how many times the bot has been executed.these many number of times these bot is failed. i am not able to copy variable name from variable manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need to integrate the pandas and numpy libraries to work on machine learning algorithems.and it should support internally different algorithems. we need direct command to work on webtabels. and directly map to vbscript functions and related topics(suppose if we work on any task if we need any document related to that scenario then it will directly mapped that tpoic on vbscript.

Any mundane tasks can be automated and the fact that it can handle any kind of applications, especially to automate activities on legacy systems, this is very much necessary.

Need to use third-party tools like IBM Cognitive for machine learning capabilities.

Service Desk Tasks. A considerable amount of time is saved in these tasks.

I would like a lot of Machine learning capabilities to be seen in Automation Anywhere.
Because in my experience 8/10 times we encounter unstructured data and not all times target tool modification is feasible. Hence if there are any native tools in AA to do this it would be really helpful.
And of course, training on such things is really required.

it has very clean and strong architecture which enhances usability and it is less complex and very adoptable
What do you dislike about the product?
IQ bot is unstable .So they need to introduce more AI based solutions.Sometimes it fails to capture certain web elements which are dynamically changing

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best for the beginner in the RPA process development. The best thing is free course. I did my hands on training and development using free software. Code developed in Automation Anywhere is easy to understand as it is very user friendly. Automation Anywhere conduct conference or meetup for the Developers for knowledge transfer. I have learned many things from Automation Anywhere Webnier. I am from a core engineering background, I did not have any software experience. Although I found it is very easy to learn RPA using Automation Anywhere . Use Automation Anywhere makes the workflow more robust. The graphical structure and overview of code developed in Automation Anywhere is great. Using Automation Anywhere activity the exception in the process can be handled very easily, even the proper exception location can be identified in the code by using proper naming the each activity.Automation Anywhere is continuously updating or upgrading its software and adding new features into it. Last of all I want to say I am loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA Enterprise: No major dislikes as such , however I thing we can combine both taskbot and metabot into one module. The Image recognition needs to get more accurate. IQBots: Application creates more groups that usual for similar types of invoices , Machine Learning needs to get more advanced to handle variations within a single group. We are working with AA on this. Bot Insights: Though this is easy to configure and report realtime , same can be achieved via enterprise reporting tools. What is the edge of using BOT Insights over others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the ease of use of the product. Automation can easily be configured as coding it is very simple. I like the metabot feature which enables offline development for my team. However looking at getting for command options which is coming with Version 11 as we upgrade.
