Exceptional RPA Tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Citrix automaton , meta bots and IQ bots are one of the best

Nothing as of now. Thesoftware is very stable

Data extraction ,data entry ,Citrix automaton are the most implemented things

The manual intervention is reduced so much and all the icons and tools are easily understandable with relevant images and tool tips

1. Frequent version upgrade.

User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest Automation Anywhere is a fabulous RPA tool . This is user friendly and easy to use. I compared this tool with any other RPA tools like UIpath and blue prism and i felt AA is the winner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially AA was not supporting java but now I got update version of AA and that version is compatible with java. Now AA is a best version of RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I did some projects like get data from ecommerce site by using cloning I created that script in 10 min and now I am categorize and collecting data together by using AA in less than 2 min.
Easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
It's sequential flow. Once can easily get to know by going through the task bot . IQ bot eases the handling of unstructured data. it's metabot feature which has less chances of failure .
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot build recursion logic if required to be implemented . That is calling A in A task say for example. Cannot copy selected variables from one bot another .

Processes involving Excel , sap , web in supply chain domain , finance domain , hr , analytics domain , health care domain

Get the trial version for more than 60 days to get good amount of handson

Drag and Drop facilities. We can even call external DB, stored procedures and Scripts.

Queue management is not provided efffectively. And also attended automations features needs o be imprved.

Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool that I have used so far. In terms of ease of use,scalability and functionality its way ahead over its competitors like UiPath & BluePrism .

It is a high tech advanced tool designed in a user friendly way to fulfill all you need to automate any cross platform task

License cost is quite high. Trial period should be of at least 60 days. Should be integrated with inbuilt DB as well
