What do you dislike about the product?
Too much dissconnection from the server, Admin settings for creating & deleting users. No vision for RPA, ML AI solution. No Support for 3rd parties OCR engines. No out-of-the box ML/cognitive capabilities. No support for microsoft edge, only support SVN for code sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Automation, scheduling of bots., also help us in capturing process screenshot and help a client to understand their enterprise automation potential

What do you like best about the product?
In automation anywhere I likes the the command of excel operations in which we can easily perform the task in it without facing difficulties and it is easy to use also. Apart from that I have iused web recorder an dobject clonning which is good to use the web applications as well as the desktop applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
In automation anywhere there is no option to captured the fixed ids so or no alternative way is present.

Faced issue for a particular text box to set the value and its position is changing everytime in website

What do you like best about the product?
I have been introduction to the world RPA through Automation anywhere. It so business friendly to develop the bots and run them. It has expanded my knowledge and helped me to explore more possibilities in business processes and to create value to my customers

AA tool has needs to improve their business insights module and their vulnerability in automating VDI 's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in driving so business benefits to my customers . It has improve process compliance, helped in reducing manual errors almost to 0%, efficiency savings up to 40%

I would recommend consultants who involved in assessments and in delivery because of its ease of use.
Great exposure on RPA applicability
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the diverse applications of RPA in different industries was quite intriguing, specially in something like Life Sciences. It just opens up so many possibilities on the application of smart technologies in areas we never thought of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I'm quite happy with the tool. I just think that that it should be more integration friendly with inbuilt connectors with a large suite of applications.

Automation Anywhere: A platform for the digital workfoce
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful features of Automation Anywhere are the quick start capabilities and the extensive commands available. The commands provide users with multiple ways to perform automation beyond a traditional, narrowly defined set of use cases. The ease of use allows for quicker adoption and creation of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere could improve reporting back to the control room. The communication between the bot runners and control room for metrics gathering needs to be more seamless. Additionally, there needs to be more reporting capability to sysadmins regarding bot runner up time and availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the manual effort of our bd community by automating solicitation distributions. We have also relieved our HR team from the manual effort of uploading and tracking documents in our HRIS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main recommendation would be to practice before you deploy. Take small use cases that are easily defined and understood, and build those automations first before attempting to automate large, complex processes.

What do you like best about the product?
IQBot and their latest 6.5 version. It makes true cognitive computing easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technology is moving so fast, it requires you stay up to speed in a fast pace environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/R and A/P processing from multiple vendors and clients. Straight Through Processing rates are improving above industry averages.
AA is helpfull in developing my bots
What do you like best about the product?
I like some of the features of AA like excel as a Database, PGP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email automation as I felt it has limited options to scan through emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating repetitive task and giving FTE benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The direction for the software is very direct and to the precise point of utilization. This software is better to using when creating a system that can running the bots during the testing phase, then using them to creating more efficient means of there usages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the older versions software conflicts with the new and current updates given for the others. I believe that a system overhaul should be implemented, to help improve the structuring of the new bot system transitioning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently resolving the matter of correct invoice problems, I'm using creating better and more efficient ways of transitioning to automated methods of handling.

Amazing RPA tool to play with less technical knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I have realized that Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool and it has the capability to automate the complex process, Javascript enabled menu and it is one of its kind. I have used it for a business case to fetch daily reports from an ERP system and send the mailer to the users.
This tool will record your screen co-ordinates and analyze the icons and repeat the activity you have done like magic. User-friendly UI and easy to understand.

It has reduced most of the manual reporting and mailing work and saves a lot of time to the client. I have realized Automation Anywhere is more capable and it is not only for reporting and mailing. It is more than that. I am trying to explore more areas where I could include Automation Anywhere.
