The overall expericence was very nice, i mean in a short time one can learn and achive many things..
What do you like best about the product?
How well they have consolidate the different modules in few topics... its good and very easy to pick up points and learn them and the UI is also very user friendly ...

There nothing which i dislike as such in it but i would prefer more knowledge in AI domin

Using AA is comparatively easier than other RPA vendors, AA ui is simplistic and debugging is more advanced than other vendors, scheduling the bots is easier and use of control room is simple.

if we change a variable name then we need to manually go and change the name in respective commands which is time consuming.

we have automated nearly all the platforms using AA which satisfied us.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and user friendly training material available without any complex coding, the explanations are dynamic and truly suits to anyone who has some inclination towards innovation and automations, the support is awesome and building a bot is really a cake walk with Automation Anywhere, we have lot many projects in pipeline and are about to implement our first RPA automation in production this month, I am sure after you give it a try you will agree with me that it is lot more easier than it looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything as such to dislike, the team has done an awesome job in building up the module, however there is too much of information to consume, and yes, learning has no end, the Bot functionalities keep you occupied and amazed all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am almost near completion of my first Automation using RPA (AA Platform), and we are working to develop the bots to post Journals in Finance and accounting, we have created bots, trained them given necessary access and tested, it is so amazing to see the outcomes, it is just like a magic, you just lock your system and someone is already working in the background, we are rolling it out this month onwards on production and I so look forward to its successful execution.

The security feature, Simple architecture and plenty of learning resource are available. The learning resources available in Automation Anywhere university is well explained and free of cost. Another thing is the Bot store there are many readily available bots are there we just have to download and start using it most of those bots are free.

Cost when compared with the other tools available in the market this tool is little costlier.

Invoice processing using IQBot from different vendors. The manual process is reduced to 30% and the processing time is reduced to 10%.

After the implementation of this bot, data entry accuracy and the manual process is eliminated. It saves 12 hours of data entry work which is taken care of 2 people.

It is very easy to use. for them who wants to take your business on automation to for there repetitive work can take it very easily. helps to automate mostly any kind of work which any business uses.

I only find the issue in Mail command... where you need host and port but for the person who doesn't have these things need to take outsource help to automate this.

I like to use Automation Anywhere because it allows me to automate tasks easily without having to learn how to code, it has a dynamic and intuitive interface, a teaching and training website where you can learn how to program in the best way and be able to make the most of the uses of this software.

The scrubber is too slow at times and this is really annoying when you need to start the process as soon as possible.

In my work we have automated processes with agile apps and data extraction from our database, from the web and from different systems integrated to our network, better manages resources and I have bots that detect irregularities and leaks and send notifications to give warnings before a major damage.

Best RPA tool to learn for beginners and to make it like a pro
What do you like best about the product?
I love how commands are so specific and Automation Anywhere and how it can easily used and deployed. The interface is very user-friendly and every common applications can be automated using this platform. I started using Automation Anywhere 4years ago with just a very basic knowledge in programming but through this, I get familiarized with the common logics used and now I am considered as a subject matter expert when it comes to Automation Anywhere at my workplace. I already used and got trained on different RPA platforms but so far, AA is the best. Even the clients I interacted with and given the choices of platform they would want to use on their applications, they always end up amazed in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anwyhere has no major downside but it can still be improve. I started using the version 9 and all I can say is that AA has improved a lot when it comes to speed, accuracy, security and so much more now on its latest version which is the version 11. There’s always a room for improvement and AA is doing it’s best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common problems are the repetitive tasks done on common applications and the large volume of workloads handled in a certain company. There’s so much return of investment and FTE savings realized after an end to end process has been automated using Automation Anywhere.

Cost, efficient and user-friendly. If you are a beginner in programming, Automation Anywhere is the best choice because it is easy to learn and use.

It is highly intuitive and easy to work with. A lot of commands. A lot of tutorials and courses that help you get the hang of it.

I don't like the fact that the recorders are not that reliable when it comes to recording webpages. Quite often have problems with the captures taken.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike any other RPA tool, Automation Anywhere is a very Simple to Use tool which can be used by Any person with Basic IT and Business Process Knowledge. There is no Special Coding background required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a long way in terms on Stability of the Product. The Stability again differs from Environment to Environment, which should not be the case.
The Product weight (In terms of Memory Usage ) has to reduce and has to be lite.
The unattended feature (Auto Login) has to improve a lot and requires a lot of Stability and integration with Windows desktop OS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all the problems where a Human did not use their brain can be be achieved using Automation Anywhere. Almost automated all the processes where there was a need to copy paste data from one application to another or where we had to download data from database and play around to create reports using excel or Powerpoint.

Consider Automation Anywhere because of it's easy of use and not because of anything else.
