NEW GENERATION RPA TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Have a good image and tab recognition feature, PDF reader, and HTML recognition so hence easy to use over IE as well as many applications. Have a good access to all the files and folder changes too .. It is a effective cost cutting technique where each organization should use to simplify the process as well as all thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes windows version is not accepting and screen resolution have a main problem. When its changes it throw an error. Some times its difficult in recognize image as well as tab. Run time error will come some times when we try to login. Its difficult to sync the error on other applications. If IE is slow, it need to wait for long time and it will throws the error. High cost and its difficult for every on train this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claims automation is the best thing i have done. Daily we need to upload claims in IE and it will take a long times. Using AA we have saved a lot time and we have done without any FT. So team appreciated the effort taken by team for wonderful outcome. No manual interception is required so it can done even on week days with autologin from server system also. so it is very easy to use this from anywhere in the world.

Excel as a database is helpful and iq not is very helpful for invoice processing.

In control room we can know the Status but which line bot is executing we will not know when we are running the bot in disconnected VM I face difficulty

I am able to automate my static work which is helping me a lot and time is getting saved

What do you like best about the product?
What I best like is the intuitiveness of the tool, where things are where they should be. A lot of developers who are used to Visual Studio and similar environments would be comfortable and I find the overall tool as well as the process of generating BOTs very productive. It provides the flexibility of GUI drag and drop as well as scripting. What I also like is that this is a tool that balances user profiles and provides ease of use by both IT and business teams. The recent launch of community edition and huge academy base makes learning easy now. Its easy for people to get trained and get up and running before they make their decision. Also a huge plus to increase the available developer pool who want to get trained in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the code base and editor can be made a true editing environment where we can type and edit, rather than double click the statement and edit through dialogues and property boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High degree of Data entry, cross application orchestration. High excel automation. This was also used in invoice processing with some elements of IQ BOT. This reduced the use of manual repetitive labor as well reduced the number of errors in the application processing.

This is a perfect tool for both business and IT, try the community edition and use training programs to get up & running.

What do you like best about the product?
Actually, we are Technology Company. But most of our department has still a lot of paper documents to do our daily operation. So we love Automation Anywhere's cognitive solution so called, IQBot!! We can utilize IQBot to make our operation digital, because it can read necessary data from non readable PDF. We also expect Automation Anywhere to add new function to make it more productive tool for enterprise operations.Especially AI function. We look forward to listening to their product roadmap as well.

We hope our business can continue to grow with our new product and strong team to acquire new clients a lot. So we might have so many requirements from respective clients as well as each our own members. In order to utilize IQBot. we need to chase our growth to deploy bot by each format and requirement. Our IT organization and Business organization should have strong relationship to collaborate closely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to print documents we need for the next process like discrepancy. IQBot can help us extract data from PDF including non readable PDF. So we can focus on more creative jobs for our clients as well as for our company.

Before you start deployment of Automation Anywhere, you need to involve between IT organization and Business organization to analyze your current processes and the potential of Automation Anywhere. I think there are a few sweet spots to start RPA Journey in your organization.

Focusing more and more on Automation might reduce JOB offered to number of employees.

By learning this, i can change my whole working procedure. I need to implement this in my work environment to to get all my work done. Very excited to minimize the work load. The variety of option to develop and also compatible for all the applications

The creation of task is a bit slow, we need to run multiple type while creating the task and also test it.

I find Automation Anywhere easier and more robust to use in comparison to tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism. I enjoy taking part in the accreditation's and diplomas available on the Automation Anywhere University site.

There was some getting used to how to deal with exceptions compared to UiPath, a tool that I am more accustomed to.

Within our team it was decided to use a different tool for automation (UiPath) but the discovery phase did find AA the 2nd most appropriate tool for automation. Because of that, our RPA developers ensure to keep their skills and understanding with AA up to date by taking part in the relevant accreditation's and diplomas available.

What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented more than 30 use cases till now and business is also happy, and one of the biggest reason is that AAI is very developer-friendly and any developer with decent scripting knowledge can be cross-trained within a span of time to start BOT creation. Also, due to easiness it has a very quick implementation time and finishing end-to-end implementation.
