What do you like best about the product?
Its one of the best tool available in the market, features like operqtions and queue management and boat control makes it even more cool

Price and setup costs of this product are very high..should have cost less so that anyone can setup

So far not much or nothing major. There is nothing to share for dislike.

Provides the support for Product on technical queries to the Customer and help them to work on the product without any issue.
Indispensablen an ability that you must have to secure a well-paid job position.
What do you like best about the product?
The learning platform has everything you need to know in order to develop the necesary skill to program and use the Bots. Also knowing how to atomate any kind of process makes yourself able to get a better job position because not everyone knows about this kind of programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, most modules are quite extensive and, at least at the learning path that I´m following, lack of practical exercices to beef up the aquired knowledge. At the courses it would be helpful to the user that the final excersise of the module was an implementation of what we actually learned at the module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point I'm just practising with the platform and some small Bots, althogh I have the project to automate the billing process at a small company. Somo employers of small companys have told me they are really interested because this kind of software would help them to reduce ther operational costs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be one of the most required programs that anyone who wants to play big in a company must know how to used.

Simple drag to drop feature, easy programming, quick to adopt, easy to cross-train, better adaptability are best features

I would not make any points to make it disliked since it has changed many work flows

Simplified work flows, faster issuance of financial transactions, better turnaround time for users

What do you like best about the product?
AA RPA can automate repetitive processes, making operations more efficient. I am using it to share with my students (undergraduates, graduates and industry practitioners) how to close with automation an upgraded process after lean manufacturing application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the videos are rather long. I would prefer shorter videos (less than 5min). More templates/examples of common tasks would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Watch the videos. Try to implement it to solve simple, repetitive tasks and you will learn a lot from this experience. There is a lot of valuable information in the forums.

The intimate setting with the hands on service. The team was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The focus was on providing quality service and ensure the desired outcome was achieved.

The ease with which a developer can work is the most likable thing about AA.

I am automating SAP ERP system with AA. There are a lot of benefits such as almost all the mundane tasks have been automated.

I like the fact that it helps the firms reduce the cost and increase the efficiency and provides accurate performance to its users at all the time without any errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look and feel of the processes created using Automation Anywhere is not as good as Blue Prism. I feel BluePrism is readable with its FLOW CHARTS like representation of the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere we were able to automate the process creating Service Now tickets. This helped us free some of the resources who were able to focus on some creative activities rather than spending time on creating tickets manually.

This is a really good tools with features that would help you automate the boring and tedious manual work and focus on more creative activities which might help you better serve your client. Also the integration with other tools like watson is easy using the web service.
