What do you like best about the product?
Its flexible, cognitive, and integrated RPA software equipped with smart and scalable robots that let companies put their productivity on auto-pilot. Using this businesses can create configurable robots to whom they can assign tasks and control as they wish. They serve as a digital, intelligent workforce that can be taught what to do and they will do it automatically afterward.
Moreover, bots can interact with assorted systems and applications the way humans would. On top of that, these bots can be cloned so they can perform the same tasks in various aspects of the operation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as on but its still not available on cloud environment. Also some more tools required for analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimal control and monitoring, since creators can rest assured that their bots will follow the steps provided in completing assignments. The software has an analytics and reporting feature that provides customers with intelligence regarding the performances of their bots and their impact on the business at large. Also, it is equipped with bank-grade security protocols to give businesses assurance that their information is well-protected.

Best RPA Tool To Work With
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently moved to A2019 Cloud version, previously I have worked on other versions of Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere is one of the most convenient and useful RPA Tool as compared to the others in the market. Automation Anywhere offers you a wide range of commands to automate nearly every application ( Web Based or Windows Application). Email automation, Excel automation, Object Cloning, PDF Integration, App integration, Web services are some of the listed commands. Automation Anywhere ensures the client data security by not letting the sensitive Login credentials out in the open. There are dedicated Credential Vault feature in the Application which holds all the Login credentials without letting it visible even to the developers and there are features such as PGP which helps to encrypt and decrypt the files. The best part of Automation Anywhere is its interactive Control Room Dashboard, which gives the insight of almost everything out there. one can see the status of all the deployed task in the production along with the audit log details. The introduction of the Workload balance feature in 11.X version has made the job of load balancing much easier. Overall my experience with Automation anywhere was amazing and I would recommend this to every one in RPA to try it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving on to the A2019 Cloud version, there are lots of changes in this new version of Automation Anywhere as compared to its previous versions like 11.X. The look and feel got entirely changed along with many of the new commands and the existing commands also got modified. Not much to dislike just the variable declaration and mapping in the old versions were far more comfortable rather than in the new version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many business problems that I have solved using Automation Anywhere, one such business problem includes reading the Email body with fixed subject line and extracting required data from it, then processing the extracted data with the use of a third party web application and generating reports and sending and email to the Client along with the status and attaching the generated reports.

Automation Anywhere is really one of the best tool to work with.
Do try out the A2019 version if you haven't done that yet, its the best cloud based RPA Application. There are may great features to play with such as AARI Web, IBM Watson Authentication, Interactive forms.

What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot is best component which captures accurate date using OCR.The automation anywhere provides the wide range of functionalities, some of them what I used and felt best was object cloning as it gives the very good scope of capturing the data from the web applications as well as from the desktop applications. There are various different commands for different types of applications such as desktop and web applications. the excel automation commands provides very quick and accurate processing of the excel, we can even use the excel as the database to fetch the data. The error handlers are very accurate and we can take the screen shot of the error as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic Workflow It requires improvement.here are certain minor limitation , as we can not declare the data type of the variable and list variable is not as convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex business problems and the FTE benefits are realized to customer. Implemented solutions to customer with in 4 weeks which other RPA tool might take more time.

, Better RPA solution to implement at enterprise level to enable all the type of applications in the IT industry covering all the domains and regions. Should able to integrate with third party applications/interfaces like OCR, ML, Analytics Dashboard etc.

There are many more things which works good Automation Anywhere, some of them are as follows:
1. Overall UI looks good
2. Understanding of the each and every commands is very easy to learn for the beginners

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that needs to be improved:
1. We cannot identify the ending statement of any command like If, Loop etc. Its very hard when we having multiple/nested Ifs or Loops.
2. Didn't work with JavaScript.
3. Python scripts cannot be used within this tool.

We would definitely recommend Automation Anywhere to be opted to automate different process from different domain as this is easy, simple UI and good for beginners to start learning on this.

It offers a wide range of features together at one place. The major requirement for today is the OCR and the cognitive capabilities which is well presented by the IQBOT feature of Automation Anywhere. different type of recorders (web, Smart and Screen) offers a wide range of implementation features and are helpful in implementing all type of applications.
Easy integration of database commands with excel can be leveraged where complex excel operations are involved. In short, its a one stop shop for our automation recommendations.

We do not have ready to use functionality for implementing Multi Bots.
Also it takes a considerable amount of time to start an xml session.
Very few excel commands are being provided by AA.

1. When there are slight changes in the backend of any web browser controls like Path, DOMXPath, HRef etc. will change which result in the failure of code. And if not used takes lot of time for recognizing objects.
2. Certain letters or symbols automatically disappear in the set text fields sometimes during the run.

It is a secure, easy to use and reliable resource to automate most of the redundant tasks happening in most of the organizations accross the world. But requires a bit of attention for tasks that has to do with frequently changing websites(UI) and bulk and important data.

Everything so far. All the pieces fit together well... Control Room, SVN versioning, Credential Vault, Auditing, communications to the botCreators and botRunners.

Scheduling tasks to the corporate fiscal calendar is challenging. Migrating code and associated dependencies between environments could be improved.

Benefits realized are for very structured and repetitive tasks/processes. We tackled automating some very complicated processes straight out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
The approach regarding expansion to new technological territories and trying out new functionalities to meet today's market requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still issues with the installation of the Automation Anywhere Control Room even at version 11 (some steps are described in the guides provided by AA, however, if you experience some additional settings that have to be changed on your machine, these are not pinpointed in the guides).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized benefits for external clients mostly from banking sector, tax sector as well as insurance sector. All of these are happy to have chosen Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not underestimate Automation Anywhere. Everyone is choosing UiPath at first and after some time they realize, using it does not bring the promised benefits due to bugs and untested elements in the software. This is where Automation Anywhere excels, therefore should be considered as the first and not second choice.
