Moving in the right direction

What do you like best about the product?
AA continues to improve the tool and the user experience based on input from customers.There is definitely a focus on getting it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the nature of software, but the attentiveness to customers also results in upgrades, which result in testing. However seems like we'll be on this current version for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to remove manual business processes such as data transfer and reporting from the people, and move them onto the bot. We were able transition new work into the teams by increasing bot capacity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it... actively reach out to AA and be sure to leverage your Customer Success Manager and the whole AA team.

Automation for multiple platform

What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success using automation anywhere to act as a bridge between multiple database systems and applications to create synergy and reduce the need for manual processing as well as increased accuracy. This has enabled us to re-deploy resources and workers to more strategic positions as well as review processes that have been normalized and automated to ensure that they are done right and that other problems that were occluded by the hidden factory and rework are becoming addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?

Automation Anywhere has enabled us to bridge the gap between multiple systems where personnel were required to do manual processes. As such employees have been freed from doing repetitive tasks to being able to do more cognitive value added activities.

Training, Training,Training! Training and documentation is key to establishing success with this product!

What do you like best about the product?
The Metabots is the best option to work, including the possibility to create our own DLLs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't start more than 1 process at the same time and I can't start the workflow from Tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixe Assets controlling , analyze and creation thru Automation Anywhere and Sap.

irrespective of application , automation can be done

IQ bot is working as expected, Demo was good but when we try with our documents it didn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere account manager and support team have been great to deal with and are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Us having to wait for the Hopper release.

The ability for us to scale the business without adding headcount and freeing associates up for more value added work.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is having very responsive staff who always helps team on critical situation. We started our journey with AA recently but all experience so far is great... Appreciate each and every person for helping us. Thanks

What do you like best about the product?
The Recorder feature which lets you automate the process without writing any code and the meta bots to abstract a function so the same thing can be used in multiple processes without having to duplicate the code in all the different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code that cannot be copied in between the bot and the meta bot was a bit annoying. The Rest Web service does not let you to put a variable in the URI as well as it only accepts the XML response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to automate all areas where there is a definite process and rule to follow in all possible states. It has helped to cut down the mundane repetitive work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot and see how it works for your needs. I think they just launched a community edition as well.

guided scenarios that workshop most used commands
What do you dislike about the product?
some recordings are not up to par for our use cases - cant record well on certain websites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automating manual workloads to reduce time spent on mindless work. AA will allow employees more time to focus on tasks that require human thought and creativity

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to create/duplicate/clone objects so I didn't have to write every single line.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would probably be better if the commands have a description when we hover to it (for example: Log to File command could have a description "used for creating an output file)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplified manual processes in a matter of minutes, less error rate which could be reviewed later on for improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it compatible with Chrome/Google
