Easy to use, effective

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started without a deep tech background. Interface is very straightforward and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying bots is difficult. Licensing requirements impede scalability. Some functions, such as Object Cloning, seem to behave inconsistently. More support for Google products would be good. Execution of tasks can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a variety of manual processes in Payment Operations. The primary benefits are time savings, and reduced risk of mis-keying or misinterpreting actions. We have saved thousands of hours across Payment Operations over the past year using Automation Anywhere.

Analyze potential use cases and compare against the capabilities of Automation Anywhere to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing.

Relatively easy for a newbie

What do you like best about the product?
The Hello Bot demo was extremely helpful since I had absolutely no experience with coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 4th module in the Hello Bot training has a glitch that doesn't automatically move forward, but it can be manipulated to finish the module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate simple, repetitive processes within our organization to allow agents time to work on more complex activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Class was very interactive and able to follow thru with directions; loved the hands on experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Google Products Friendly or Chrome friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recover manual time and steps in processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Google friendly and Chrome friendly is desired as most companies are moving towards Google Products and mail merge is important feature and to have an addon is not warranted or desired for most companies

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplicity of the interface .
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that we couldn't use it in Chrome. Explorer causes a lot of issues on my computer

Nothing right now, but it's a cool product

It was sometimes hard to get help given the number of participants was far greater than the number of help.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere vastly simplified the process for automating processes. The tools were varied and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions were less intuitive than others

Any repetitive task involving data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has lots of features and capabilities that helps us to automate almost any application.
It is easy to use so everyone could use it even without a professional programming knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not working very well such as OCR and image recognition.
The only scripting languages are VB and JS in this tool while it would be better that developers be able to use python and java scripts.
Would be nice to have a repository of sample projects so that we could use them as a guide especially for IQBots and Meta Bots
The SVN doesn't work. There is no proper version control and conflict monitoring system (something like Git) in AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using this tool to mechanize different processes in our company and it helps us save a lot of time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of enhancements required to be made in this tool regarding the Control Room Scheduling and Version Control system

Hands on exercises and trainers who come around and offer suggestions but don't tell you how to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
It was nice to work on your own, try to figure things out, but it was also nice to have someone here to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue with Servers. It would also be nice if the experts knew the Use Case Scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
tools capability of providing solution for end to end automation of the processes. Availability of the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is less user interactive and more like programming interface. Using graphical representation for the processes will benefit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were creating automated processes such as customer creation, provisioning, disputes etc for telecom client. It has helped us in decreasing significant amount of time used and learning curve required.
