Repetitive and time consuming month end tasks for Oracle modules. It reduces time which in turn cost to a great extent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the AA platform for building BOTs for solving Finance, HR & IT operational issues. Many repeated and rule-based tasks have been automated using AA, which saves more manual efforts and cost.
Great Automation Tool with powerfull capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Robust functions ready on the package, you can do a lot of things easily with the pre-programmed drag and drop features that work like a charm. If you need to execute complex steps, Automation Anywhere has also great support for scripts to cover more advanced needs. Interactions with websites are especially cool because you can search elements using various search criteria, including XPath, that enables you to accurately find even the most hidden elements on a web page. The Control Room page is clean and makes governance easy for the admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interactions with certain applications can be slow depending on the amount of objects on the screen., but this only happens if the target application have a huge amount of elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetitive tasks on Oracle EBS forms and other business applications and implementation of Robotic Process Automation. We reduced 13000 hours of human work in a year using Automation Anyhwere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deeply explore Automation Anywhere because we are using it for a year and we are still learning new things that it can do. If you have any doubts do not hesitate to contact the support because they are very helpfull.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about automation anywhere (10.5.104 which i am using) is being user friendly and easy to learn. The command are simple at the same time powerful. No prior knowledge of programming is required but if you have it would be a plus point in customizing things. The best thing I love about AA is it's smart recorder functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I would like to point out is about object cloning command which is regarded as a powerful command but there are instances where it gets failed, in case of capturing web elements like buttons even though if we are using legacy technology given in object cloning still it wouldn't capture things. Next thing is about Debugging tool, even though we have a Debugging tool present it will show only the task it is running in and when we jump to another sub task it won't show that and we find difficulties in debugging.
If we cloud get some smart mouse click which is not dependent on the resolution of screen it would make the work a lot more easier

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am into AT&T and my job is to trouble shoot errors in the scripts. Take care of control room and other responsibilities as well and had even developed few bots for my personal needs.

Automation Anywhere is a powerful and versatile tool to automate the repetitive tasks which don't require human intervention.The tool is having very good user interface with having around 500+ commands which almost covers all the actions we perform. provides notifications after job completion, has very rich features while working with excel and csv file . can perform database operations . can extract and load data without any effort irrespective of applications.

have issue while working with Object cloning , while ran on a different machine. even while capturing the data facing resolution related issues.

Sometimes Object cloning gives hard time, maybe we are still using 10.5 but I have heard it has improved massively in upgraded version.
Sometimes Keystrokes struggles with the Excel Operations but it is very rare case

We have worked on Financial use cases where we have worked on charging chargebacks.
Which has helped the Financial team of ours in many ways, no more they beat their head on the same and repeated process rather they can work on better logical processes.
