Great Tool if you know how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Working in Automation anywhere is easy and intuitive. The user interface makes it easy to interact between the RPA and our internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton of metric information available, would be nice to see if create clearer dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to replace manual business processes. So far we have had a benefit of approx. $280,000 just in our first year of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a comprehensive demo to show all of the things Automation Anywhere can achieve; work with other teams using Automation Anywhere; visit a trade show to learn how other companies are utilizing Automation Anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
It's very very easy to use and very useful to make different automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the platform could be more flexible to the user.

We made different automations to solve process that are tedious or repetitive for our internal team.

The developer should has more info of the product to understand all the possible functionality of this.

What do you like best about the product?
Reading books, listening music , watching TV and playing outdoor games.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike being ignored and hate the people most who show attitude without any reason.

Automated bot process to aid in the resolution of fallout.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Process is easy to do work within minute without manual work completed the process within system with like macro automation. My process take a 8 minutes for picking the addresses and bank details but I automated my process it will take one second picking details its very helpful in my process the automation is very helpful in project Everything in my hand
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation drawbacks some debugs error come while we are doing the process the data will lose anything automation is only the step 1 to step 10 but we miss the one step in automation every steps will go wrong

The problem solving automation any where we used in business benefits of the automation easy to handle like i have 10 excel sheet i take it come one excel within i get the everything in one excel

What do you like best about the product?

fast automation and it is not necessary to have previous knowledge.
is a good tool that covers the whole process from start to finish, training and learning how to use this tool is the simplest, anyone can optimize processes, has a prototype of stable security, which assures you in an accurate way the quality of information and security between the processes, besides that, it allows to correctly manage the resources of the company
What do you dislike about the product?

the configuration is a little difficult but manageable, and the license prices are a bit expensive.
the way to deal with the problems of connection and disconnection are not very well focused.
because of the maintenance issue it's too expensive,The tool is a little unstable from the point of view of the generic user, but in the end it is very easy to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
send emails to clients with his account, My computer automated the process of sending account statements, the processing of repetitive cases for dispute claims, which determined that for certain amounts established, the same response is provided

it's a good tool that automates everything, it's the best I've seen so far.

Process Automation like a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease for non technical people to understand, model, adopt and test almost any process they normally do in their regular positions.

It's awesome how you can work against multiple common UI technologies available in the market without too much complexity while setting up the product to work against them. No need to do extremely difficult config steps.

All of these ease, will also impact how much effort will you need to train new people. You should be able to do it in 2 or 3 days.

The Control Rooms provides a nice level of governance over your bots, users, devices, and license. It's very intuitive and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, there should be some more advanced features for advance users... For example the ability to create functions or classes in order to encapsulate the code and promote the code reuse more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved problems:

- The error-prone nature of the manual work.
- Control of the consistency level in the work done, from managerial perspective.
- Boredom of repetitive task in daily basis.

Benefits:

- Increases speed, money and time.
- People focusing in more interesting task in their jobs.
- High consistency of the product of the digital workforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to adopt by non-technical users is an advantage to produce a big ROI in a short time.
Here in my company, we are generating lots of ROI in the first year!

People that started to use bots, are now in love with them. They suffer when the bot is in maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the leaders and that is important just to be sure you are not wrong if you select it. I appreciate its recent announcement of a free version. Architecture also seems strong although I haven't made real tests yet..
What do you dislike about the product?
Worfkflow edition is less graphical and more difficult to use (at least for beginners) than other products.Traning material is not very good: some demo videos are toooo long and difficult to understand and I'll appreciate written documents easy to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too soon to answer that.question but, typically, I assume I'll use it to automate manaul tasks handling spreadshhets or paper documents, and interface with ERP systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
(1) Make sure RPA is what you want (2) Make sure yo redesign process first and automate then (3) Just compare Automation Anyware with the two other big ones: UiPath & Blue Prism (4) Take advantage of free version if applicable (5) Study cloud vs on-premise option (6) Pay attention to Bot Store!

Great RPA Software

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a flexible RPA platform that allow you to write RPA processes easily , without too many knowledgments of programming concepts. It is easy to start to automating business process with this tool, and the code can be very robust. I reccommend AA for RPA processes. Also, Automation Anywhere Academy is a great web platform to learn bascis concepts about this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a free license version available for the people who want to learn how to use this RPA software. I think that have a free license software version would be a great thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual and repetitive business processes

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to implement it in various areas, automate repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it as dislike, but there is a bigger learning curve and some functions could be made more of drag and drop style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the repetitive tasks such as emailing, data entry, collecting and moving data from spreadsheets.
