What do you like best about the product?
The Product has an intuituve Control Room user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive integrated BI tool
Inability of current CR version (10.5.12) to personalise (adjust column widths and selected viewing parameters)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the cost of producing bills to customers
Improving cash flow by raising bills to customers more quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth evaluating against your business requirements

What do you like best about the product?
AA's ease of use is good, like it is very easy for a developer to read the lines of code
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do not work, AA does not work on Oracle and Siebel. Process Invision doesn't work great.

There are some things which could be improved in Object Cloning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing Robots out of Human Beings and freeing them up to do more meaningful tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Object cloning commands, email capabilities, login features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When networks speeds are slower than usual the bot crashes. There must be a better way to deal with that rather then continually bumping up the delays. At some point a user doing it manually would be faster than the bot. Also, error handling could be a b it more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to eliminate repetitive, time consuming manual processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan ahead. Plan for plenty of testing time. Establish templates, layouts, guidelines ahead of time. Test more than just the happy paths.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of using database with Excel And it's very easy to use to Spy the elements in any type of environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to extract the data from unstructured PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving report generation for the transaction advicery services.

New Automation anywhere A2019 is very powerful and easy to understand.

Moving to cloud has been good. Decent UI.

Customer Service, Product Roadmap is unclear. Version releases aren't communicated clearly.

Do Market Research. Make sure that you have the resources to support this. You need a department dedicated to it.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is advantageous on its user-friendliness, easy to train and has a great learning platform. They also came up with a free trial download which they didnt have before.
The account managers are engaged, quick to respond and efficient at responding to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing the software can sometimes be tricky and requires a lot of troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating parts of our procurement process and logistic process. We have realized benefits by savings 1/2 FTE for a Pricing update process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend being rigorous about communicating with your IT department so they are as involved as can be in the implementation process. Syncing your company with the support team from Automation Anywhere is important in the initial implementation stages.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to adapt and to install in your business. Very efficient and works with multiple applications. Easy to start scripting on this tool hence easy to find in house RPA developer with respect to Automations Anywhere. The BOT Insights feature adds the analytical perspective to your Robotics Process Automation project. The IQ BOT will let your incorporate the cognitive capabilities by utilising this feature of Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hangs couple of time due to internal bugs. Auto login feature is not compatible with all windows in 10.5*
Bugs can be resolved by contacting the Automation Anywhere Support group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logistics, IT and Operations along with internal finance transactions. This helps in enhancing the individual profile in the organisation. It has helped in fetching some time for the employees to directly work on the root cause instead of finding the alternate solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this tool to implement Robotics Process Automation. they have responsive Support Centre to help you with installation and on the go issues. The drag and drop options makes it very comfortable to build your own BOTs.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy and everyone will find out that RPA is very easy with AA and only a minimum amount of coding knowledge is needed.Its also flexible and we can use this tool for all the applications. we can use this tool in cloud environment such as Amazon Web Service(AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

Control room is very simple, so we can easily navigate the screens we want.

They listen to customers feedback and make changes in the tool based on the feedback. i personally raised lot of clarifications , they set up a call with us and help us to resolve the clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trail version is only for partners , not everyone get the opportunity for the trail version and thus most of the new users failed to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the day to day activities involved in domains like finance,healthcare,insurance using automation anywhere . Now most of the process are automated.

its very user friendly tool and their training material is good

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Automation Anywhere is to automate things with high security and also to reduce our manual efforts that frees up time to innovate. Even by adhering to regulatory compliance, we can get the tasks done more efficiently through Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were few commands which needs improvement in behavior to solve problems like "selecting from drop-down", "Checking/Unchecking fields" etc. The available commands of AA can be improved to solve varying problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While automating internal applications, I've solved many problems that are related to commands. I see that the ability to run scripts is the added advantage of AA which is very beneficiary in case built-in commands fail to solve the problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can say that Automation Anywhere is scalable and versatile. It can act autonomously and responds to external stimuli. It enables you highly secured automation.
