Automation Anywhere delivers what they promise - automating repetitive monotonous activities
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very friendly and interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system. Technical support - Very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to address all our inquiries very satisfactorily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a complete package providing all the latest automation features which by anyone can automate almost anything! The Product name is like the work it does! It provides Automation in anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependency on the standalone tool is a bit tough, but I think the company is definitely looking for moving into the cloud on the coming days!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation onboardings, content management, huge data migrations with validations where cognitive thinking is required.

What do you like best about the product?
With AA's Robotics Process Automation we’re seeing how our processes and systems benefit from this emerging technology. In short, RPA enabled us with virtual ‘robots’ that integrated seamlessly with existing software, and are driven by simple rules and business logic. RPA is a way for us to automate manual and repetitive tasks to allow us to focus on bigger, more meaningful work.
The most useful features are
1. Perform manual processes much faster and more accurately
2. Preprogrammed rules mimic repetitive human actions
3. Automates manual actions and handles error conditions
4. Fulfills actions by interacting with multiple back end systems

What do you dislike about the product?
Even Though AA's RPA was a game changer we had the below constraints
1. Learning curve : The learning curve was little higher than expected and classroom sessions directly from Automation anywhere team made a huge difference
2. Picking the right use case : We had multiple iterations of brainstorming in choosing the right business case that would qualify RPA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We picked Automation Anywhere RPA to automate the repetitive tasks in the Supply chain.
RPA connects to ticketing system and Order tracker and it closes the tickets requesting refunds for devices not returned to the inventory. It greatly reduces the ticket processing times and efforts by filling the freight claim with the carrier and updating the claim number in the ticket. It also sends emails to the vendor a huge time saver.
So when the RPA team set a goal of 20,000 manual hours to be saved in 2018 across wireless and wirelines Supply Chain, we didn’t just meet it - we exceeded it. Today, the team has pushed a record 43 bots in production and an expected 26,422 hours saved by year-end!

Good Product but with too many unsolved issues/Bugs.

Best part of the Tool is the Image recognition command and integration with Citrix automation.

1. There should be more excel commands .(Majorly we rely on the Macros)

Less Offshore visits. Would be better if more sessions were provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design with ability to drag and drop predefined task for use. A non technical person could easily develop projects with Automation Anywhere. It has the ability to reduce manual efforts to as minimum as 10 % - 20 % and increase in ROI to 60 % - 80 %.

The environmental factors like Screen resolution and DPI scale factors are not considered while releasing the new version. The

With RPA implementation approx 17-19 projects has reduced manual efforts to 60 % and the tool we have used is Automation anywhere. Things which we usually thought of providing additional insight and sharing with client apart from regular deliverable is reality now..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please consider the environment while releasing new versions as it impact a lot. In my past experience bots are acting differently in attended and unattended mode as the environment changed as it could the screen resolution or the DPI scale factor or the font size or the icon height and width.
It's was a very exciting to and thrilling to learn by attractive videos

The best part of automation is a self test we take as soon as we learn that will make is better understanding and learning perfectly

I dislike the methods some time if we navigate from mobile site to desktop again we have to take the assessment some times it makes annoying

What do you like best about the product?
I heard about automation anywhere from my colleague and then I went for training... It was very nice experience learning new automation capabilities and almost we can automate everything which was not possible using macro.
When I started using this tool for few of my LIVE automation... result was surprising and it saved lot of manual hours which was not possible using other automation tool/macro. Thanks team for bringing this tool for us. Hope to see more features coming in future

Nothing as such.... I think there is nothing to improve now as this tool already contains bunches of functions and features

I used this tool for copying un-formatted data from multiple HTML pages to excel file.
This data was used for reporting purpose and earlier it was pulled manually spending 1 business day but now can be done in few mins.

It should be used by all companies who earlier were using legacy macros and working on formatted/unformatted HTML, PDF files export to other format. But it is not just limited it can be used for any front end and backend automation which you can think..

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly UI tools for automation. The developer can easily find the options for automation. IQ Bot and Pass Central are very advanced options to make your automation more robust.

Automation anywhere should be the provider platform where developers can share live use cases and do some collaborative work.
