What do you like best about the product?
I was able to train three accountants to be bot developers who had no technical experience and all three became certified developers. They are all able to develop bots with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with the bot runners not connecting consistently on a regular basis. This has required some manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We a looking at reduction the transfer of data from different systems manually by having the bots move the data. We are seeing reduced error rates and quicker data transfers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend a third party implementer to help you setup the environments and do the training.

The software is unstable and does not behave in a consistent manner. Onboarding and installation is a huge road block

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI of automation anywhere. It is very intuitive and easy to learn for someone who doesn't know coding at all. I also like the application as it can interact with almost all the applications and can automate any process.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of more features can be added - stability with google chrome, DOS based software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating finance and accounting processes and we have been able to reduce a number of FTEs resulting in cost savings
Good product, training is difficult
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an easy to use application for creating robots. I am new to the RPA segment and have already created two bots with minimal help needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos and their tests are not easy to use. The test questions don't necessarily follow the material and quite often leaves you more confused than before you read the material and had no knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on using RPA to minimize the redundant items in our company so that our employees can be better utilized for the aspects that need decision making.

User friendly tool for new developers! It allows for new developers to quickly learn and utilize the tool, providing business value in no time.

There were multiple bugs in 10.3 that the team had to spent countless hours working through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the amount of time it takes to perform a business function, allowing us to use our resources in other critical business needs.

It does not allow Super Admin to look at code. This limits one resource from doing anything. Would look forward to more Integrations with other products.
