Great RPA with Cognitive and Analytical capabilities supported by good team
What do you like best about the product?
RPA is one of the best when we compared against other RPA and comes with cognitive capabilities which are required for our operation. Analytical tool is very useful for reporting to management and audits by internal and external parties. Our auditors believe it will also cut down audit time. The team supporting us is knowledgeable about the products and helping us in all stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to significant demand increase in Japan, the response is a bit slow. However, they are trying very hard to help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance is full of manual processes and automating those processes simply lower the workload and help us spend more time on analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With additional funding, the company is stronger and stable. It is very important check point for us during the selection of RPA by AA.

timing difference between the countries. however, AA support team is more than willing to help during their hour of operation

Get certified first to understand in details what it can do and how to go about it to avoid hiccups in setting up. Feasibility study in details to avoid disappointments.
Stable, innovative product with excellent support and service
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and seamless integration, competent support and realiable service. Some functions aren't yet at the edge of class. Setting up is quite easy and you can immediately start to implement your bots.
Support and possibilities of eduction are great. And a big plus is the BotStore - you can rapidly and easy enhance your bots in quite no time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling and fault management yet not very purposeful. Otherwise everything is fine.We didn't had any bad experiences since we started. Automation Anywhere supports you during the whole process - from setup to implementation and in production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of manual, recurring tasks in quite every business process. Speeding up time, reducing manual work and improving quality. Fast return on Investment - we just can recommend it.

I'd like to underline several reasons to give AA a high rating in organizing Tech Support: 1) well designed Support portal; 2) easy registration and communication; 3) timely response from AA; 4) assigning SMEs to work on specific requests; 5) ability to escalate through designated CSM

generic directions and recommendations to resolve issues by installing a next version of AA without having facts that such an action was actually effective

What do you like best about the product?
I like the broadness of the tool that has the ability to handle more functions and features than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating the application into our cloud environment was a struggle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking at high ROI processes that provides that best value to the organization. We also look at process that are well defined and that use systems that are stable.
Simple to use and powerful but...
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and very powerful (you can manage many operations). In few days it's possible to automate even a complex task and there is not important that who use the software have some developing skill. The error Handling is very useful and simple to use. Another thing that we like is their support that is fast and very helpful: if you have a problem thay answer to your question in few hours and then works hard util the problem is solved, even with a video call to manage the problem in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it' begin to lost one step (one click, one caracter to digit) and the task failed. You have to retake on one or more action. Sometimes it is very upsetting to see a task that wors until this day begin to have some troubles and that you need to rework on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FTE savings: whe have a saving of almost 2 FTE. We are going to upgrade our use of AA with more task and we think that we could save another 10 FTEs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to understand what you need from an RPA software. If the most important things is that it's simple to use then you can be sure that Automation Anywhere it's very good for you. We find some trouble with Citrix automation but if you don't have to manage Citrix it's a very good product
Quick implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to train and easy to implement, technical expertise is not a requirement as any subject matter expert in our own domain can be trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost and service cost is high, AA developers should also provide workarounds and solutions and not just be coders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated manual processes in Cash application, payments, Inter company balance confirmation and reporting. We have automated 70 % of these processes. It is currently being explored in Payables, IT and procurement.
