A great software to use
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the tool, I am not a developer but was able to build my own bot easily thanks to the drag and drop system
There are also some training provided online on their university website, so that you can understand how the software works. They have a wild range depending on your position.

Some versions of the software are not fully optimized

Repetitive and low values tasks are automated. Bringing value and more time to our employees.

You can get access to some online training from their "university", most of them are free, and some are quite interesting. There are for beginners to experts

Automation Anywhere - Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and Commands provided by the tool is vast. we can automate any kind (with few exceptions) of application with this.
Metabots - I can reuse these bot so that we can develop BOTs fast.
IQ Bots - Only one use case(reading invoices) is available, it is accurately collects the data.

I like everything. Waiting for the new browser version where we can integrate traditional programming into the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Enterprise is a user friendly and business team without previous IT training can use. This allows business team to be productive and to deploy bots as needed and require less IT team intervention.

What do you like best about the product?

1. Approach of support team in few cases are not pro-active.
2. v11.2 migration utility has created lots of issues

There is an easy integrations of database commands with excel can be leverage, where complex excel operations are involved.
The image reorganization command is pretty awesome; it can identify the element even if the color of image is changed.

In v11.3 of Automation Anywhere:
The parameters which are passed in Rest Web Service call gets disappeared once we open the command again. Due to this a considerable amount of time is lost in identifying, correcting the fixing the exacts issues while passing the raw parameters.
It takes a considerable amount of time of the start xml session to get executed.
There should be an easy provision for retry mechanism, this comes handy when Automation Anywhere fails to identify the object element property during first run.
There should be a direct integration of SAP with Automation Anywhere (not with the SAP meta BOT).
There should be more excel commands integrated with Automation Anywhere like filtering the column, getting a grant total etc.

The Developers should have proper VBA codding knowledge if the process involves a complex excel operations to be performed.
Developers should have atleast an entry level certification before developing a BOT.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that AA is so easy to use. We have a hackathon at the moment in our company about what program we will use in the future, and the programs there battles is UIPath and Automation Anywhere, and at the moment it is Automation Anywhere who wins, but we dont know yet what program we gonna choose, but we hope its gonna be AA.

I would be great if AA was more visualized like UIPath, with boxes.

We are using it for paying bills in the company and alot of other IT stuff.

For me is this the best RPA tool at the marked, and it got a fair price compared to others, so I will recommend it.

We are in exploratory phase, governance set up, project management set up, internal competences building. As follow up of PoC - first real business scenario is in WIP, close to finalize happy flow in order to be production ready. Solution is not activated yet – awaiting internal IT infrastructure set up.

Nothing negative perceived, but cannot judge fully at this moment, as solution is not yet implemented in the production and we did not activate licences. We are still in trial mode.

Automation of end market business processes. Starting with low added value tasks – e.g. manual retyping from one system to another with rule based processes, Sales admin, customer support and finance tasks. H2 plan for commercial oriented topics. Benefits: Potential saving manual hours of our employees, employee morale, quality – flawless processes, compliant system
Very interesting tool, but figuring out where to fit it in our org.

Removes mundane repetitive tasks enabling people to be used for higher value tasks.

Very expensive especially when trying to evaluate where to use the tool in the org.
