What do you like best about the product?
I'd like to underline several reasons to give AA a high rating in organizing Tech Support: 1) well designed Support portal; 2) easy registration and communication; 3) timely response from AA; 4) assigning SMEs to work on specific requests; 5) ability to escalate through designated CSM
What do you dislike about the product?
generic directions and recommendations to resolve issues by installing a next version of AA without having facts that such an action was actually effective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere to enable digital transformation across multiple business segments mainly through RPA deployments.

New Organziation Into RPA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the broadness of the tool that has the ability to handle more functions and features than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating the application into our cloud environment was a struggle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking at high ROI processes that provides that best value to the organization. We also look at process that are well defined and that use systems that are stable.
Simple to use and powerful but...
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and very powerful (you can manage many operations). In few days it's possible to automate even a complex task and there is not important that who use the software have some developing skill. The error Handling is very useful and simple to use. Another thing that we like is their support that is fast and very helpful: if you have a problem thay answer to your question in few hours and then works hard util the problem is solved, even with a video call to manage the problem in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it' begin to lost one step (one click, one caracter to digit) and the task failed. You have to retake on one or more action. Sometimes it is very upsetting to see a task that wors until this day begin to have some troubles and that you need to rework on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FTE savings: whe have a saving of almost 2 FTE. We are going to upgrade our use of AA with more task and we think that we could save another 10 FTEs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to understand what you need from an RPA software. If the most important things is that it's simple to use then you can be sure that Automation Anywhere it's very good for you. We find some trouble with Citrix automation but if you don't have to manage Citrix it's a very good product
Quick implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to train and easy to implement, technical expertise is not a requirement as any subject matter expert in our own domain can be trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost and service cost is high, AA developers should also provide workarounds and solutions and not just be coders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated manual processes in Cash application, payments, Inter company balance confirmation and reporting. We have automated 70 % of these processes. It is currently being explored in Payables, IT and procurement.

User friendliness with powerful automation commands which fulfills industry requirements with standards and you do not necessarily required full IT expertise;
Centralized Control room with rich user Interface. Easy to schedule and Run Bots.
Clear separation of functionalities and Ease of piloting from one functionality to another.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using the variables is not efficient. Need introduce application/ Global level variables which can use across the tasks.
Customized Dashboard can introduce with options like Drill-down.
Navigation for developers can be improved, especially while moving between tasks, Task
references/dependencies information can be provided with the task file.

Easyness, Processes are automated very fast.

Mostly SAP related problems
The product is quite easy, flexible and full of features and supports almost every technology
What do you like best about the product?
The Object cloning feature, the metabot feature, the easy to use and powerful control room for the scalability of the robots within our organisation, easy drag and drop commands. Smart recorder works so fluidly on almost every type of web based application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object cloning doesn't support SAP objects so have to use metabots which is not as easy.
Need some version control feature integrated with the control room through the setup file.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bringing more accuracy and quality to our processes. It helps us automate further tiny bits of tedious and repetitive processes which couldn't be solved on the back end through SAP batch jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are no two thoughts to consider Automation Anywhere when your management has a serious focus with strict timelines on robotic process automation. Every organisation uses hundreds of web and windows based applications with integrated processes done manually. Other products just don't help you integrate or interface with all sorts of technologies and applications and this is where Automation Anywhere shines.
Easy usable Tool automate Desktop work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. Realtive fast to get work automated
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling of Bots is sometimes hard to get running. Virtualisation is not good implemented at the moment. Only SVN is available for Version Control. GIT would be prefered.

We repetitive desktop work. This allows us to focus on more challenging work

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is easy to use, automation can be done faster, and anyone can use it, even non-technical employees with just the basic knowledge of programming. It has different features, metabots, Bot insights etc if you know the proper usecase it can be very beneficial. Support is great, faster, always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool has many bugs. It sometimes doesn't work as plan, for unknown reasons. Bot insight feature, for operational analytics could be even more better, easy to use. even should record developer analytics rather than just runner analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating end-to-end logistics, HR, Operations processes and tedious, mundane tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really easy to use, and provides great ROI to mundane tasks. employees can use their time in better place where actual Human efforts are required.

Easy to learn. Great educational material in the AA university providing me with a all the knowledge I need to set up and build our first solution.
Quick to build bots. Easy to use client user interface. Huge amounts of functionality available leading to very customizable solutions. Quick to install with clear guidelines in user manual.

Complex role segregation in control room. Good for large RPA department. Not good for individual user setting up first used case. UI not consistent from Client to Control Room.

Big data migration and manipulation. External data collection. Process flow monitoring and management.
