Smart Automation, Steeper Learning Curve
Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The blend of traditional RPA with agentic, AI-driven decision-making stands out most. Bots can now reason over unstructured inputs like emails and documents instead of just following rigid scripts. The AI Agent Studio makes it easy to plug LLM-based actions into workflows without custom API builds, and the Control Room gives solid visibility into bot performance and exceptions at scale. The low-code builder also makes it accessible to business users while still leaving room for developers to handle complex logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steeper than expected once you move past basic bots into agentic workflows — documentation for AI Agent Studio and LLM integrations lags behind the pace of feature releases. Licensing costs can also add up quickly as you scale bots across departments, and troubleshooting failures in complex multi-agent workflows isn't always intuitive; error logs could be more descriptive. Performance can also lag when processing large unstructured documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping automate processes that used to require manual judgment calls - like extracting and validating data from unstructured documents, or routing exceptions that traditional rule-based RPA couldn't handle. This has cut down manual review time significantly and reduced errors in data entry and processing. The agentic capabilities also let us handle edge cases without constantly rewriting bot logic, which has made automation more resilient and reduced the maintenance overhead that came with older RPA scripts.

Effective Automation for Stable, Well-Controlled Daily Processes
Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation turns out to be very effective when it comes to managing business processes which have to undergo the same chain of actions daily. I use this technology in order to automate my operational activities, to facilitate the exchange of information between different systems and to decrease the manual input for repetitive operations. The outcome of such actions is more stable process execution and better control over it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While applying agent-based automation to business processes which have high frequency of business exceptions, it is necessary to make sure of extra validation and updates in order to maintain proper workflow functioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its most important feature is standardization of operations. Intelligent agents perform certain business processes in a stable way which contributes to decreased processing time, minimization of manual errors and increased efficiency.

Browser-Based Developer Environment Eliminates Heavy Desktop Maintenance
Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Because AA’s developer environment runs entirely in a web browser, our IT team can avoid installing, updating, and maintaining heavy desktop software across hundreds of developer workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intelligent document processing and the built-in process mining tools are often seen as less advanced than those in other RPA tools, such as Power Automate and UiPath.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates complex, end-to-end workflows by combining AI agents with RPA, rather than only handling repetitive, rule-based tasks. It can also understand unstructured data—such as emails, PDFs, documents, and chat messages—using AI.

Automation Anywhere Streamlines Routine Workflows and Boosts Consistency
Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation aims to reduce the overhead caused by repetitive manual tasks which usually take up most of the day. I use this to automate the execution of routine operations that include getting information, moving data from one system to another, and taking action following that. The outcome of this is more consistency and being able to focus on more value-adding work.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, when automating for business operations which are regularly updated or have many exceptions, further testing and updates will be required to make sure that it all works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature about this is the reduction in manual labor in routine operations. When this is set up right, there is lower risk of errors and faster execution with visibility at every step of the way.

Smooth Shift from Traditional RPA to Agentic Automation
Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part is that we can transition from traditional RPA to an agentic process with less overhead. Its ability to make decisions, rather than completely relying on rule-based logic, is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other agentic product or process, this requires a good amount of compute resources. Since we run the bots in virtual machines, it can sometimes cause a bit of lag in the VM due to heavy usage of those compute resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally used to automate the most manual and time consuming tasks with deterministic rules and at the end for most of the process we would require a human in loop. we have a bot which will raise the chargeback disputes for there is no issue for most of the deterministic cases this is around 60% of the cases we are talking about. and for the remaining 40% we are moving them to manual review as one or the other thing does not fit into our deterministic logic. this is were we find the AA Agentic process helpful.

All-in-One Automation for Web, APIs, and Excel That Saves Time
Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I can automate web tasks, REST API calls, and Excel work in one place instead of switching between different tools. It has reduced a lot of repetitive work, especially moving data between applications. Once the workflow is set up, it runs reliably, and I only need to check it when something doesn't go as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor concern is that searching for a particular bot can be a bit slow at times, especially when there are many bots available. Better search and filtering options would improve the experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest improvements for me was not having to keep track of repetitive operational tasks. Once the workflow was built, Automation Anywhere handled the routine work consistently, and I only needed to look into cases where something didn't complete as expected. That freed up time for other work instead of repeatedly running the same process.
