UI, fast developing, object capturing, easy to maintain code.

Not dislike but a suggestion. You guys can add an interface similar to KNIME in AA so that we build an AI model by simply dragging and dropping.

It's really very cost effective for implementing in the organisation
AAW is an interesting field altogether and is a need of future.

I've not yet deployed it in practice, however being a technology service manager for my clients, I can use this knowledge to identify automation opportunities, propose AAW and bring value to my customers.

I would say scope of automation is high because of wide availability of packages

A2019 has lot of issues which requires more attention to bring the stable version like 11.x
