The most comprehensive automation suite ever!!
What do you like best about the product?
With automation anywhere, I have been able to develop automation projects without any prior knowledge and background of coding. Also the presence of top-notch OCR has reduced my dependency on other licensed OCR products.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a presales consultant, I would really like to have a variety of licensing models to chose from depending on the client’s requirements and make more effective business cases for automation

With the release of A2019 and its multiple versions in the last one year, the product is becoming more stable and promising. The key highlight is the pure cloud model which strives to reduce the TCO of clients as well as help them scale at ease. Please consider the pure cloud version for your upgrade / new purchase

I am been able to automate many stuff in my application which help in reduce many manual work and improve the quantity and quality of work
I am using Automation Anywhere Tool from past 1 year and it is easy to understand and implement.
What do you like best about the product?
The features that i like the most is its compatibility across all the browsers either it is chrome, edge or IE. We can almost automate most of the manual task with the help of various commands that are available in AA client

What do you dislike about the product?
Still there are some limitation of using AA such as sometimes in some legacy UI the object cloning doesn't work as expected but i think with the A2019 18 update that issue is also get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automation the continuous repetitive manual task such as downloading a particular file from the website, extracting details from the static webpage, sending a consolidated email to client vendors etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use AA for automating the manual task and reduce the cost as well as labour effect included in doing these simple task.

Using AA, we have given our best project as per customer expectations and process runs super stable in production as wqs passed through all RPA project phases and its also easily to implement CR and provide support post Go-live.

I would suggest some improvement that team can bring in AA v11 workbench, like setting up global variables, options to minimize conditional flows so that it's easily to understand where the logic ends.

All the features in one single platform which includes the RPA, Cognitive, Discovery and Analytics

The way the charges is on the Cognitive Platform where it's very expensive

Currently using it for Finance functions and have reduce a lot of the manual processes internally and also cut down alot of the human error processes

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about AA is that it is user friendly. It is a genuinely low code based product where anyone can learn and start building bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thing I dislike, I would say till now by what I experienced in my 42 months relationship is that it needs to improve in customer support. Earlier when I was in UBS, the support was dedicated as it is a big client for AA but since I switched to PTC Software India Ltd. which has bought AA licenses through its partner, I can see the difference in AA Technical support. And it is not good as we had many tickets which got resolved but took a lot of time for the resolution (in some cases, Months). AA should also give time to its small customers in terms of technical/customer support so that they can become big customers in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated many end to end business processes in the field of Finance, IT, Customer Success, Q2C, Pricing, etc. Benefits in terms of manual hours saved, FTE saved, cost to company has been observed. 50+ automations are currently in pipeline for FY21.

Automation Anywhere is an effective RPA tool , generating authentic secure and reliable solutions to multitask efficiently.it cuts the operational cost and increase the accuracy and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some non standard tasks are which is very difficult to automate and human interaction is required to complete such processes.so I think as per my perspective this is the only limitations.

There are no such dislikes by if this product would be availabe in less cost then it will do magic in the market. Right now it is bit expensive but it's fine because they are providing a good service.

One of the feature that I have used in action in workbench is object cloning. I found that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes.

It is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend to go for Automation Anywhere as a lot of great features are found together in the development of automation anywhere enterprise, but it is still a simple application that users, eeven those without proper IT training can easily work with.
