What do you like best about the product?
IQ BOT is best trained. Not much manual work as compared to UIPATH. Automation of Excel is easy when compared to other RPA tools. Macro recorders

What do you dislike about the product?
Should work little more on making attractive GUI. Add more tools for workflow automation. Database connectivity is quite difficult to perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process involved in automating excel based tasks, email automation. HR system, approval workflow etc. Types of variable (List , Array, Value, Random) are not enough. I need some more complex types like Dictionary, DataTable
The way to read/write data out/in Excel file is not convenience. I want to bulk read/write data to/from user-managed variable like DataTable, not through system variable like now.

Exceptions bubbling up the stack to the first error handler (i.e. remove the need to pass IsError type flag between all tasks/meta bots)

- Cloud version and the ability to access it anywhere on any system with the browser and bot agent.
- Super easy to understand for a newbie.

-Frequent bot agent disconnections and bot runtime issues with bot agents.
- Inability to describe detailed error of the issue caused because of the system or bot agent issue(not the code)
- Inability to wait dynamically to download IQbot output file. (needs to use API or create logic for dynamic wait)
- Standalone application of A2019 would have been better instead of using it in browser
- bot agent consumes lot of internet data
- bit irritating when it starts downloading dependencies before running the bot

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client used UI based portal to perform their daily tasks such as order processing, quotes and contracts generations, however the UI was getting frequently updated in couple of months as per client's requirement resulting jn failure where object capturing were used.
Hence the team implemented solution with AA Rest API command and decided to go with API instead of UI based automation. This resulted in lot of time saving during the execution and less errors.

The easiest tool to implement the RPA solutions for the business processes
Tool that just does wonders for your manual processes, nothing more!!
What do you like best about the product?
Its platform independence, as it can automate right from web browser activities to Mainframe to citrix activities. I have used to automate use cases like user access automation, financial close task automations and smoke test automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR can be developed to support extensive image based PDFs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly involved with Citrix automations and web browser based automations. These are able to solve my 60% of my manual and redundant work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your manual processes and especially the ones which do not require much decision making and follows a strict path of steps, those use cases are actually implementable using Automation Anywhere tool.

There are so many process inn AMS projects which can be automated. I am working on Incident resolution analysis and report creation with help of RPA.

I love the fact how user friendly the product is. The product is easy to understand and helps users with no technical knowledge to easily utilize it too.

The product does not have good reach and trust with clients and it becomes difficult to convince clients to allow licensing of the same

The best thing about Automation Anywhere is they have better solution and way of providing things when compare to other RPA tools.

Honestly I liked there on prem version rather then A2019 but still it's good to have cloud environment.

The Major problem which I solved was reading Scan PDF of Purchase Order using IQ BOT

Running the bot the first time will take some time. It will require some hands-on experience to be fluent with the platform. Moreover, it sometimes gives error,s and connecting and disconnecting devices takes a lot of time.
