Best User Friendly Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most reliable and robust RPA software I come across till now. This made my life so easy and productive.
Are you a programmer or a non-programmer?
Don't worry ! In both the cases this software is going to help you a lot by saving your time and money. As the time passes by you quickly learn all the simple and easy to understand process . The interface provide you all the hints , and important stuff needed to work. It just as easy as to " drag the work and make it complete".
In my case:
I provide customer support by solving queries. It becomes my headache sometime just to repeat the same work or solve the same query again and again. So basically I prepared a chatbot and automate it. This software really helped me a lot by saving my time and money. This is so powerful software that you can automate your multiple task all together by just learning the simple instructions. And it also supports large deployments.

But yes this software really need to come in contact with all the engineers out there mugging up there head.It is obvious that you have to decide the type of work that you want to automate and this software helps you in this also more compare to other software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide customer support . As different queries come and I have to provide support for my company. It becomes headache when you answer same query again and again . This software helped my time and money by just automating my repetitive task and now I solve and provide software for the new queries and rest task is done by my automated bot.

The best thing about Automation which i like is that you can ease your work by automating tasks which are repetitive in nature and time consuming as well..

The thing which i dislike is that i highly believe it might effect jobs of some who work at basic level like data entry or similar....

I am saving time by automating simple tasks such as data transfer or even sending an emails which can be pre drafted.. thus saving that time and adding more value to my work by doing something else which cant be done with the help of automation yet.

Some problems that I face using this platform are API and file directory things.
Terminal emulator when connected to CUZ, the tool does not work with Terminal emulator.
Also some problems with the v11 image recognition command.
Some points where not every command is explained properly in detail.

There are various problems being solved by me. Some of them are showing below:-

I highly recommend everyone in the IT sector, Engineering field to learn this platform as this is very beneficial for our society and we have infinite limits to solve today's world problem by making things, process automatic using AA.
It is a very good software... Easy to use and all the training videos are very helpful

The new version is little difficult to understand.. And there is no training videos for it

Using AA tools I automated various tasks easily. This tool is very easy to use and simple. I also trained my students on this tool and I cleared my essential certification exam.
What do you dislike about the product?
New cloud version is quite complex then enterprise edition.

I did email automation to notify student's parent about their attendance and marks. I automated marks uploading process on erp. I did Excel automation to verfiy marks and result analysis. This tool is very helpful for scraping data from web using web recorder.

This software's UI Design is very simple and we can automate many things, can make bots in it.

Yah. One thing i can say that it's demo user limit must be minimum 6 months.Because there are many types of pepole are on the world.

Learning platform , the content is relevant and the design of the training method is of up.to date standard. it makes it easier for employees to study and complete their studies at a specific time be either at work or at home.

nothing at all and all is well with me. i love everything about the training and certification.

A2019 takes lot of time to compile and every time we change anything then we have to apply change save and then run .

Any one can able to use the tool even though if you are not from Core programming knowledge, that's really helps to Business users to understand the tool

nothing is there, every thing the way they providing toll is really good
As working on 11.3.2, have some small issues like needs to keep the files in the VDI separate because it will not going when you deploy the code in the Control room
Once you deploy the code again we need to deploy manually all depending files like excel or XML files manually in to the running machine
Apart from that nothing is there and just want to know the Meta bot how it will work in the new version of A2019
