Automation Anywhere is the future Robotic Process Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere was my first software to use and start my journey in the RPA world.It automates many tasks at go using just a few action commands.It extracts information out of PDF files and stores them directly to a CSV file.It is easy to use.We selected Automation Anywhere as our RPA tool because of how it supports java for our IT department which is not present in other RPA software.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA lacks save snap points and story boarding printing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our developers the tedious tasks of writing codes to develop programs as AA develops scripts that will perform repetitive tasks without having to write any codes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every client wants to cut down on cost of their projects and i propose implementing Automation Anywhere for automation of tasks to keep projects running .

AA have better interface specially 11.3 rather than other RPA tools

A2019 taking too much time for downloading dependencies,there is no capability to dealing with binary data in REST web service command in a2019 and 11.3 versions both

What do you like best about the product?
The facility of creating bots for repetitive processes and how cool the outcome can get to be.
By analyzing and identifying repetitive processes we can get to see and create the right and right Bot for a perfect match outcome.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the control room could appear a bit confusing meanwhile you´re a novice in automation environments.
Like all in life, it takes a little time to get used to the way it works. Once you dominate and practice after the training you´ll be ready to go!
I didn´t like the working panel when started automating, try to keep all your flowcharts and working panel in an orderly manner so that way you won't be messing around with your activities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of manual repetitive and time-consuming processes and steps are being thrown away since we got Automation Anywhere, by this we can say it represents lowing costs and finding other opportunity areas for the people who are not manually processing information anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you love RPA this will work and expand as much as you want to discover and integrate more robust Bots.

The academy was very interactive and dynamic, I like the way in which we have to use a demo of each tool in automation anywhere.
Also, the distribution of the courses was nice, you could keep the progression status and start wherever you left it.
There are some features that didn't where bad but some other systems are better, but it is easier to create a bot with automation anywhere than with another tool, it requires less code.
Maybe it is needed to show the pats available, you know distribute some roles. If someone just wants to know how to use a robot that is already functional and no to create one from zero.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the questions in the evaluations were kind of ambiguous. And the first time we only have access to the tutorial, the academy part so when we try to do the certification obviously we fail. Maybe there should be a disclaimer for the administrative guys who buy the system that if they want that their developers pass the certification is obviously needed to have a few licenses first. It is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract. Handwritten documents are still giving a harsh time. And some actions using excel was very difficult too, like adding or deleting stuff, columns, cells, sheets...
The web recorder is not bad but there are better in the market.

The usual robotic process automation, the basic stuff to automate process of the collections departments. So they can be more effective and produce more.

if you need web-based tool this is the right option, the platform is very user-friendly, but to create one form zero you will have a harsh time.

Automation Anywhere enables improved business efficiency, data security and more effectiveness without altering the existing infrastructure and systems in an organization. We can use it for automation of different types of processes that are repetitive. In many areas, there are processes that are manual, like sending emails, reports, creating presentations, Exporting / Importing Data etc. We've been able to automate all of these processes with Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not able to go ahead and extract Arabic hand-written documents accurately

Automation Anywhere has a wide variety of task possibilities. It can handle PDF, Excel, getting information quickly.

From an SAP point of view, we have in-built features. They have integrated everything together, so it's much easier for us to use that.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to undertand tool for an entry level Developer too. When we see the upsides of Automation Anywhere , It has impressive features like integrating it with various platforms as well as scaling them according to the usage pattern. It's always very much important to build a solution which scales, Automation ANywhere play a good role in that part with comparing to other RPA solution providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will get very difficult to work with when using OCR with Automation Anywhere.Documents such as old hand written Government documents are still not working as desired. Hopefully it will get mature in future and able to identify much better and use the OCR's effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's always exciting to automate repetitive tasks. Automating daily task with the tool, as it would be less effort required instead of hard coding complete process in Python.
In term of Benefits we can jus click and Run the bot instead of doing the same time consuming tasks like user creation, deletion, password change etc. It actually helps to save time as well as the cost required for the resource.

According to me, a technology need not to be effective and easy to use all the time but if it's made easy for the user then it's a boom. RPA is a complicated tech made easy by Automation Anywhere.There will be little hiccups at the begining but eventually it will be effective solution for the problem, if done right!!

Best of all, it is not hard to work with. In case you're working with the same types of invoices every day (e.g. downloading invoices), you are able to automate the work of yours, and with this device you are able to repeat the very same work each day. This device is extremely time effective. Using this device you are able to save time and make use of it much more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are able to stuff the files of yours and the device will identify them and function effectively. Nevertheless, you might have to obtain a handwritten file before you begin focusing on it. This device is less powerful for handwritten papers, such as invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this device to do the office of mine and it saves me time. Time saved for another effective job.

In case you work in sales, I suggest automation everywhere. iQBot is really convenient and will save time. In case you've to obtain an invoice every day and save it to the database, you are able to typically read the complete invoice and do the mechanical work on it and save it to the database, but IQBot is able to assist you with that. You work with one invoice and IQBot fills in the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
Metabots,object cloning,prompt,XML commands etc., which are more helpful to work around the process. Metabots which is used to capture each and every objects in a great way. Work load management are very helpful to process the work items in queue. Production version maintained in control room are very much needed to preserve the code without any chaos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes metabots are not responding and unable to capture the objects.To make it work or to capture objects either it needs a system, metabot or client restart. When uploading a code to CR everytime it needs to delete the old code which is with dependency and allow us to upload the code. It makes user to switch between cliend and CR everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process that has a set of rules and repeated actions an daily basis. Dealing with windows and web forms. Time taken to comolete the process os reduced compared to manual work. Increases the productivity and reduced error which happened previously with human intervention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A tool that can be easy to understand and code without any technical knowledge. Any user can easily learn and create bots. Good to use.
AA is easy to learn and is more user friendly compared to other tools.

AA has good options like Meta bots and IQ which are super efficient. Also the tool is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code editor can be made like a editing environment instead of double click the statement and edit it through property window.

I used this for revoking passwords for many of our internal systems if user does not log in for a specific period of time or he leaves an organization.
