What do you like best about the product?
The wonderful thing about Automation Anywhere is that I'm able to create scripts and use existing tasks. It offers a easy environment to use and has several pre-created drag and drop sharing packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Item cloning does not work in ERP programs because errors can not be properly documented in this particular area. On this hand, hundred percent automation does not work. The monotonous movement beacame automatic. This saves time and avoids human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made a significant difference to our business by accelerating whole processes, minimizing workmanship, providing detailed information and being always on time, and therefore revolutionizing how we work.

The automation functions are so functional that any consumer with over 400 actions can easily identify steps. Not only can repeated tasks be automated, but in other ways, e.g. by artificial intelligence in the tool that makes it easier to automate complex business processes. The only drawback may be that less technical users may encounter a problem with preparing a solution for work

We solved as many problems as daily mail and control stimuli, solved simple ticket problems and allocated tickets based on the list of tickets and so on. A lot of bad bots exist.

There's room for change in IQBot. Perhaps all the fields of an invoice or a typed contract or invoice are not identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queries obtained from Excel are very useful and usability is outstanding. Using queries I used Scripting Somewhere in order to obtain data from Excel. It is essential for us then to send mail messages as that is the way we keep in touch with our clients.

It has also helped us in some way to tackle our customers, because we always remain update about our clients’ information and guide them truly. Automation has high price, which should be negotiated, because other similar tools are also available in less price. It is complex to configure and to use it in a systemize way it bit difficult too, because initially we can face some issue in managing our work and in customization. However it is very user friendly and simple to use.

We are happy and satisfied customers of automation Anywhere it has helped to manage our those task which were repeated on daily basis, and they were consuming our much time, along with making the data tough to handle. What do you like best about the product?
Before using Automation Anywhere, we were facing trouble to handle our repetitive tasks. Usually in the generation of quotations, it was panic for the team members to find the same data and to manually add it, in the Excel sheet and then by copy paste generate the quote. This was causing faults in our documents and most of the time right piece of information usually get missed or typed wrong. It was very time consuming and this process was affecting our sales too. After installing Automation Anywhere, we got rid of these issues. It has helped us to organize and manage our work with great ease. We are satisfied by its serves as it has saved our time and automate those process which was reason of trouble shooting. It has correlated our sales and finance department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It a bit higher in price and lacks features to process hand written documents, it also does not tackles well the PDFs and above all I have some issue in the tagging of mails. Sometimes it works very slowly and extraction of the files becomes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we were confused what to automate? But it is equipped with amazing tools that are doing it for us. Its Discovery Bot automatically find the data which could be automated, thus you can easily generate your invoices. It is excellent in reporting.
