Great Content, bucould improve the video player option
What do you like best about the product?
Content was great, a lot of use cases and practical examples which helps understand better
What do you dislike about the product?
Video player could have more options as 1.25x, 1.5x acceleration ratio of the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping customers understand better why RPA is important and why AA is the right solution for achieving the RPA benefits

Real time learing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The automation anywhere platform was very user-friendly and very easy to learn. Best thing I liked is that new technology with a lot of scopes was taught within 3 days with clear explanations and made us to build bots for many activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes in the automation anywhere course
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands-on and real-time working in the platform gave a clear view and understanding of the Robotic Process Automation and how to build bots to do the boring repetitive task without human interaction
Very easy to use.Love the way of creating bots.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is Automation Anywhere tool requires only logic.Coding syntax is not necessary.Once we frame logic and use commands,bot is done.Very user friendly.And Recorder option will help us to make our work much more easier.

Nothing.

Benefits are it helps to automate long repetitive tasks which doesn't require human interaction.J

What do you like best about the product?
A well-detailed training sitr with step-by-step tutorials and usful usecases. If you follow the instruction you can understand the usage of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos are too detailed and boring the material. It would be better if there was a readable content summary. Online robot tool playground would be also a good feature.

Automation Anywhere - Master of the Game
What do you like best about the product?
AA was my very first RPA Tool that I started learning with. The best part of AA is how efficient it is. It also provides an ease of Access for everyone. Especially the new AA Version with its Control Room hosted on Cloud has made lives even better!
All the AA activity can now be tracked on a single mobile app which makes it highly convenient.
Definitely would recommend AA software to Big businesses.
These are some benefits I found after using AA:

- Increase is Robust performance
- Saves a lot of time
Best part of Automation Anywhere Tool is that even a Non-Developer can adopt it and manage it in his team.
I would really love to highlight even the Bot Games and Imagine held in 2018.
BotGames was a fun filled event where we had to build bots and try to prove which bot would help the business. Overall amazing experience!

Not supported on Linux and MAC. Most of the employees in certain organization use Linux and MAC because of the high security. Hence, it is difficult if Automation Anywhere Tool is not supported. It would be great if the software is supported on all the OS.

What do you like best about the product?
Metabot and IQBot, they are truly the game changers
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR and SAP automation are not as efficient as compared to other tools. Also AA installation takes a lot of time and has multiple challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance domain has created a lot of benefits and automation opportunities.
Best of Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The comfort and ease to develop with AA . The faster execution of task which usually takes 10-15 mins ,but with AA it do with less than a minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is few issue with AA while using excel operations . When need to perform vlookup in AA it does cell by cell update while some other AA tool does this on column itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I am working with Banking client , where there are so many mainframe , excel , word operations happening in a day . With AA it helped us to achieve the task with less than a minute without any error. So the execution happens very fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely should use AA where there is repetitive task .

Lack of Customization in Automation Anywhere. Installation is time consuming.

1. As a production AA is very user friendly for the product users.
2. Metabot feature in AA 11 version its really helping for product users in better way compare to earlier versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Transforming BOTs from DEV to UAT and UAT to PROD, as of now we are doing manually if you create any product to directly transfer the BOTs it helps.
2. Error Handling feature should be more user friendly.
3. IF Conditions in Bot creation should be more flexible to put the 2 to 3 different condition together like Variable and object cloning.

1. We are solving the different types of problems, like partner enrollment with us to do this there are pre checks to do before partner should get enrolled with us. If all the checks are verified. As per business if its pass then partner can enroll with us.
In this product bot should interact with different partner application websites to do web scrapping and find validations key words.
2. If any data issues with the partner bot will send the email for the conformation to the partner and proceed with next partner enrollment.
3. After doing all the validations if all are not true to approve the partner then reject the partner enrollment.

Metabot is one feature I really liked the most because of calibration facility which differs AA from other tools with uniqueness.

Limited options for Excel operations which forces to use VB macros in most occasions.
