Robotic Process Automation Manager

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is very easy to use and easily implemented in the Higher Education sector. Working with the Customer Success Manager has been integral in onboarding the application and building our operation within the University of Melbourne. I have also enjoyed collaborating with AA in the 2018 HE Round Table discussions that help other HE institutions with their RPA journey. This not only builds our knowledge of AA and working with stakeholders like DXC but also provides an opportunity to give back which is very rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our account management was done in India in 2016 - 2018 which made communication a bit difficult and the process was cumbersome and confusing. This was rectified pretty quickly after feedback was given in 2018 which I am very grateful for and I am confident that this process will be easier and straight forward in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Make sure you work closely with your Customer Success Manager to plan and onboard the application and the business operation.

It's just an easy programming.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the systematic programming approach. The way it save on the server and checkout to create revision. I can easily adapt on the programming procedure. I like the object cloning and image recognition and key stroke commands. Also the way i can send automated email using your own created email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have data type for variable and also not able to add additional item in the created array variable.
I like AA to have the system variable to get the final row count in excel without looping the entire data. I experience that its need to restart computer for me to be able to view other sub folder under my Task. There are also times that AA does not stop even you already press esc button many times. There is no select case, end select procedure compare to vb programming.. I dislike list variable on why need to add initial value during creation of list variable. I dislike it for having few variable type only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetitive task using excel and using EWS. Getting data on pdf file and put it on the excel template. Realize that it is more cost effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use Automation Anywhere to decrease manpower and cost. The bot can do the work especially those repetitive task.. Maybe recommend also for engineering used for testing process. Recommended also for QA process to automate reporting process.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it helps reduce time spent on basic processes and also reduces errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be quite intensive but the online learning system helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi step tasks, between multiple platforms (SFDC and PeopleSoft/etc).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and straightforward to use. Training should be required as it was very helpful to better understand the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to change the specifics of my screen size was a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is useful for very repetitive and mindless functions that need to be automated. So far I have not personally addressed any business problems but I will begin working on projects and use cases soon. The benefits are time saving and accuracy improving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have large processes that are very simple but take a long time, you should definitely look in to this product. It can help you tremendously.

Amazing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to object clone, and take clicks off of websites, sold this tool to me. Many companies utilize webapps (salesforce, ect) to pull reports. Being able to have a bot automate reports that take up to 30 minutes each day is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about automation anywhere is the learning curve. Doing a few simple clicks is easy, but once you start playing around in excel it can be quite cumbersome to get working correctly. Once you do get it working, however, it is a dream!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling reports, and exporting data from the reports to other sheets is what we are going to be utilizing it for in our department. The morning reports can take 10-20 minutes each day. Once we realized that Automation Anywhere can use excel macros, our life was much easier, we were able to set up the excel macro and have the bot utilize that instead of adding command upon command on the bot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. They have a "bot store" that has a ton of features you can download for free and use for programs such as Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get new automation stood up in a QA/best case solution (80% of the way) quickly and easily. The UI makes it easy to create and trouble shoot automation. Analytics and reporting are built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the commands can be confusing. Some mathematical functions can be difficult, especially when involving dates and often leads to the utilization of Excel spreadsheets within the automation to write numbers and formulas to get the output instead of completing the formula in variables. Scheduling capabilities are lacking as a lot of our needs focus on completing processes on a given workday of the month (i.e. the 5th workday of the month or the last workday of the month).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating a lot of data manipulation and entry in ERP systems for out finance department. A lot of data is exported from the system, manipulated, and then imported back into the system. Automation allows for us to complete these tasks more efficiently and more accurately, allowing our employees to focus on critical and cerebral tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Business process automation is a long road for any company to undertake. Automation Anywhere helps make the implementation easy and is a great tool for providing fast ROI, but long term success depends on dedication and buy-in beyond the desire for quick wins.

What do you like best about the product?
The bot store concept, digital workers that their customers can use, machine learning capability with the IO Bot that they have.
The support system to their partners is excellent and they work continuously with partners to make them successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AAW product need to have more flexibility for developers. For e.g. how can all the capabilities on email processing be available to developers. How to make sure that the web interface capability is strengthened, especially when the website/portal design changes on regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are technology partner of Automation Anywhere and we are working on multiple problems in finance, security, manufacturing domains etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support. The support team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Addition of parsers for JSON would be great. The Code deployment process is bad and clunky. Too many bugs while packaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy and intuitive to work in, which means that a developer can quickly get started with coding and bot creating, in order to create benefits to the business. We prefere to educate developers ourself and pick for SME staff who have intrest in automation and maybe som code experiance.
What do you dislike about the product?
All tool have limitations and so do AA, but we have managed to cope with most of them. Sometime we have found difficulties in the set up face of a new fysical station, but finaly it has been solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA in our Oprations, Back Office and Finance funktions with great benefit. We have freed staff to more customer valued tasks and have been able to encrease the customer experiance in a positive direction, with faster handling of inquiries and payout.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick response from the support engineer after raising the AA tickets. It helps us in resolving the users issues on time by co-ordinating the user and AA support member
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather then dislike, I would like to suggest Support engineer to connect via Skype/lync rather than RingCentral Meetings. Because most of the clients use VDI and they use Skype/Lync for communication. Morevover we cannot install RignCentral meetings kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my support work for existing production issues. Few are listed below:
1. Outlook Port Issue
2. Unexpected Pop-up window
3. Mutliple files download in chrome browser
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest Automation Anywhere tool then any other RPA tool as it has cognitive features.
