What do you like best about the product?
We can help out customers quickly via helpshift and address their concerns accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that our clients often choose the wrong department to speak with, it would help if we can add suggestions per department so that chats are not filtered to the wrong department. The automated greetings are also a tad annoying, as we have heard from clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of problems, whether it be system related, internal issues, or just basic questions on how to use our system. Using helpshift has helped MPCS to effectively help our clients in an accurate and timely manner as opposed to phone calls or emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that we could house multiple processes under one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that we could not generate a basic email and had to undergo a complicated process just to send an email to a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We answered one-off questions from customers regarding our services. The benefits have been fast response and being able to leave internal comments on the same thread.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good if you plan on doing an email-based customer service experience with pre-written responses and actions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to fulfill our customer needs and contact them as well as to gather data for future reference
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs might be a little more organized and placed in a better way. The prices are a bit high. There is not live chat customer support when you have issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very good to help customers and has many useful integrations also it offers a very useful knowledge base
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you handle big loads of customer requirements and inquiries this is the right tool to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and integrate with android and ios apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
My novice support users have some difficulty as the platform is not yet available in Portuguese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact with customers has been made easier and now we have more information about their cell phones, which speeds up the service.

What do you like best about the product?
You can save pre written answers that will inject player names and agent names to speed up response times insanely
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of any downsides. There isn't anything I need to do that I am not able to do using helpshift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a mobile games company and deal with our players on a day to day basis. Helpshift allows us to provide support from within the game itself making it easier for both us and players to communicate.

More editable feature on the panel rather than on the sdk would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Conversations, bots, faq and campaigns in one dashboard. Everything in one place without the need for additional integration between these systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different criteria and filters in campaigns, automations etc. Limitations in API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HelpShift to support our players on mobile games.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, campaign function. It saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we don't have enough techinical support. We are based in China it is difficult for us to find help(due to time difference and language barriers). My sales left helpshift but no one notify us, which makes us wait months to receive our contract back. =
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide a better customer support service.

What do you like best about the product?
i like Most the automation feature which helps us to gauge that the customer is idle or has not replied within a time bound manner. Also, time stamp of chats is also available so that whenever new customer kicks in , assignment of new chats is done. The interface is also so perfectly designed which caters to the required information appropiately
What do you dislike about the product?
the collection of chats tend to get messy as they get to be older by time. there's so much confusion while accessing older resolved issues. so, work needs to be done here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to cater to our customers in a time bound manner is our utmost priority and so, Helpshift provides us with that. its a more faster , quicker way to deal with our customer's queries, responses, etc.

working at its full potential, it can make a drastic impact on your performance as far as customer handling is concerned

It makes my job easier, I don't have as many headaches. It is self explanatory a walk in the park compared to other places I've worked

It was difficult to go through the process of moving everything over
