What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Helpshift is it being very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
none so far. So far, helpshift have been very easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use helpshift to communicate with players using our game and the benefit we get from it is the constant updates we get from helpshift

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that you can tag tickets that come in easily and then search for them later by tag. I also really like the different folders/queues that you can assign tickets to. Another great feature is the ability to insert FAQ that saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Helpshift does not support the ability to have tickets come in through SMS (or text). We have a lot of customers that like to receive support and help via text and it would be so nice to not have to use a different program but have it be available all on Helpshift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we are solving is inefficiency. Helpshift allows customer service agents to be productive and saves time by being able to answer customer's questions and solve problems quickly. It is also easy to receive help from a co-worker by sharing the ticket with them, they can quickly view and read though the conversation. A benefit I have realized is the history that is stored when the same customer wrote in a different time, all that information is stored and can be accessed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will be sure to up your game with your customers- whoever they might be! I would recommend Helpshift to all customers. Definitely a great investment and easy to use and learn how to work!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Helpshift is the smartviews. With smartviews, my team is able to get through contacts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was one thing that I had to say I dislike, it would be that it is not a desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving our guests issues. With Helpshift, we are able to reach out to our guests with ease compared to an email system.

This will make your life so much easier when helping resolve your customers issues and feedback

My only complaint is that I cannot unassign a ticket from myself or others.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpshift is awesome because it allows you to create automated responses. It also has great tagging capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
FAQs could have a better experience. It would also be great to have automated bot that resolves spam.

Customer reported app issues. Obtaining info on repro steps. Querying for specific issues based on keyword . Segmenting users based on platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a thrill to get to talk to the makers of the game, ask questions and give comments. The tool just works, always in each game that I've been able to use it in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The people at the other end could be brought more closer by giving them a face, like using emojis as representing avatars on the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our players getting to talk to us constantly when in need. And as they have used Helpshift in other games, they are familiar with how the system works.

Speedier, more easy to understand reaction time truly makes customary email benefit feel ancient. With the expansion of bots, this truly feels like the fate of client benefit. I think our clients feel that path also. The quicker we can hit them up in a sorted out manner, the more we can persuade them that we merit their time. It spares us a great deal of time in taking care of more talks.
