Helpshift Makes Helping Hear Our Guests Voices Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Helpshift is the smartviews. With smartviews, my team is able to get through contacts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was one thing that I had to say I dislike, it would be that it is not a desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving our guests issues. With Helpshift, we are able to reach out to our guests with ease compared to an email system.

My only complaint is that I cannot unassign a ticket from myself or others.

It has become an easy way for customers to chat in our app with us about problems.

Helpshift is awesome because it allows you to create automated responses. It also has great tagging capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
FAQs could have a better experience. It would also be great to have automated bot that resolves spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer reported app issues. Obtaining info on repro steps. Querying for specific issues based on keyword . Segmenting users based on platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a thrill to get to talk to the makers of the game, ask questions and give comments. The tool just works, always in each game that I've been able to use it in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The people at the other end could be brought more closer by giving them a face, like using emojis as representing avatars on the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our players getting to talk to us constantly when in need. And as they have used Helpshift in other games, they are familiar with how the system works.
Clear and basic
What do you like best about the product?
Helpshift allows cross-platform views for clients and can be customized depending on business needs. It can be used on multiple operating system environments and browsers. I like the overall interface and integration. The ability to search through teams and groups, as well as limit searches. It is nice to see sections in "tabs" so that information is more organized in terms of groups. I also suggest the ability to change themes. The ease of use is actually something that we all like. Even if you have not gone through the full training on its use, by its intuition, you would quickly become familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simply the tasteful of it. Generally speaking, the interface is very easy to use. How data is organized may need to be reviewed. I would love greater functionality for resolving older, settled issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster, easier to understand response time truly makes traditional email service feel outdated. With the addition of bots, this truly feels like the future of customer service. I think our customers feel that way too. The quicker we can get back to them in an organized manner, the more we can convince them that we are worth their time. It saves us a lot of time in handling more conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be a decent place to begin as it stays aware of the conversations that are coming in. Likewise, Helpshift encourages you to monitor all of the conversations that you have had so far in your closed issues. At its maximum capacity, Helpshift is increasingly flexible, more powerful, and more user-friendly than any other service platform I have used.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used a large number of help desk programs in the past and nothing compares to the dependablilty of helpshift. Fast and easy to learn I highly recommend this!

Customer tracking complains solved and also feedback and support.needed for our cloud storage has been improving

The in-app FAQ and messaging for customers, and the APIs that present so much information on the backend, saving much time.

The technicality of the APIs needed to get the full Helpshift experience is often daunting and not something a marketing team can implement alone.

Helpshift helps us save time asking questions and allows us to sort our issues based on a number of criteria to be as specific as possible.
