Customisable platform with easy and quick way to test and automate flows
What do you like best about the product?
I Think the platform is very easy to start from the ground up, it has many small features that helps cover a lot of flows with different options.
You don't have to be programmer and it's good when you have a QA team that searching for a way to automate the test. obviously on more difficult flows you need to add code parts, but that's the more advanced and what makes it so versatile!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI need a bit fine tuning and further more add more advance abilities to pass data or use different single flow in different scenarios. you need to well design the overall tests but i guess that part of planning before writing the test itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problem was the sanity checks about our different apps and services that need to be validated on a daily basis. the qa team could spend a lot of hours testing the same thing over and over and now we can run those automated tests cases on each environment easly.

Testim.io - saved us time and money
What do you like best about the product?
There are lot of things I like about testim.io. I think that one of the biggest strength of testim.io is the simplicity of the system, the learning curve is very low and you can get up to speed on composing tests in less than 1 hour. The tests doesn't break easily and are easy to run across different browsers and environments. testim.io allows us to move fast with our product development and avoid regressions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better integration with Microsoft Azure DevOps in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We easily integrated testim.io into our pull requests pipelines and to our deployment pipelines. testim.io suites are running regularly and catch real bug.

It's a powerful automation tool for web-app with minimum setup and configuration process.
The tool is ready-to-record out of the box, with an excellent element locator.
The tests are very easy to run, debug and maintain.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a solution for a very complex applications. It has limitation to perform advanced actions combining UI with Backend actions

Testim.io was our solution for applicative UI monitoring.

The perfect automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Testim made our work life simple and we are creating tests at a pace with which we could not imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should be providing a road map of items that is upcoming as features in testim.io
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI automation, API automation, and Load test
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You use it and you will feel the difference.
QA testing in Salesforce made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I have a Salesforce business process that constantly needs updating. However, I don't have the time to test whether these changes had a negative impact. Testim has made the process so easy! Once you build the test, you run it and go back to your other responsibilities while it runs in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the buttons could be easier to access. For example, I have to update the Test Data for different scenarios so it would be easier if setting the dynamic data can be done with one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QA and repression testing. Testim has saved me a lot of time.
Really simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The program is really simple to use so anyone can do it. There's no need to know how to program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not intuitive or are hard to find. Sometimes for examplw, it's hard for me to do a simple copy and paste or clone without runing other tests. I also think that you're locked in to the software with your tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates UI testing and removes the need for selenium. Manual qa testers can use this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's expensive and locks you in, so think about the long run
Great and easy tool to perform automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
The bug capture is awesome because it takes a little effort to add or recreate the bug using the tool, at the same time capturing the steps, but the coolest thing you can do is the integration to (in my case) Trello, all the steps, screen captures and link to the bug is there. You can also integrate Testim with Slack, great way yo known when a bug is created. There are other integrations you can use that help's keeping tracking of the work performed on Testim.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't select from a list of items, one random row for each test run, for example when recording the test you click on some name from a list or an option from a dropdown, once you select, it will always tries to select the same item next time, there is no option to next time it runs, choose another dropdown option, or selecto another name from the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-2-End testing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on automation, this is a good tool to start from.
It's an easy way to get started with UI testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browser integration works really well and allows people with almost no programming experience to write tests. The customer support is out of this world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity is also sometimes deceiving. As soon as you want more advanced tests, you need to resort to JS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated testing for different web applications: Both smoke tests, as well as automated regression tests.
