What do you like best about the product?
The usability can't be topped. I have used other platforms for online signatures and this one is just too easy! I love how the app is fully integrated and I can access my forms on the go as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more realistic typed fonts for signature options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for years and I love how it has reduced paper waste and allowed me to work seamlessly with clients how are unable to sign in person, or when I have multiple signers in different locations.
quality e-signature solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a basic e-signature solution that would be cost effective. We don't need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed.
The reason why we went with SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is an extra fee for the e-signature solution integration with Salesforce. I wish this came with the basic version and didn't charge extra fees for this. There is also a misalignment with some of the fields sometimes when I am adding the auto-filled in fields and looking at the preview mode in SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a big challenge when you have your prospects have to scan and print or if they are savvy, to annotate the PDF. This solution makes it much faster for us to get back signed agreements which is an extremely important part of our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, i'd recommend SignNow to others. It's simple and works which is what I care about the most. I have actually suggested it to a few colleagues and they have had positive things to say about it.
Best E Sign App
What do you like best about the product?
Sign now is the best e-sign app. Super easy to use and edit documents on the go. My clients also appreciate how simple it is to review documents and quickly initial and sign. In real estate time is of the essence and sign now definitely assists that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints about sign now. Maybe a tutorial on how to use every feature would be nice to ensure I am maximizing my use of the program.

I am a Realtor and need to edit and have clients sign documents as quickly as possible. Sign now is very easy to use which helps my clients view documents and sign at their earliest convenience.

Easy to use and affordable. Very simple to upload, customize and send for signature. Very intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble that the software automatically adds a field to every open area on my documents. By the time I've uploaded the document, I already have most of it filled out, I only need the client to add some info and a signature. Rather than giving me the option to add fields myself, I have to go through and delete automatically added fields and then add what I want. Takes me an extra 3-4 minutes every time I load a document. Should be easier.

Making my job much easier to finalize closing documents we need to add new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to navigate. The app is fairly easy to use for on-the-go signing action!
What do you dislike about the product?
Signers have to download the mobile app if using a mobile phone whereas other signing services I've used did not require that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely a time saver not only in taking forms to people I need signatures from, but also for myself when I need to sign something.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked best the way I would pay yearly and get to use the service I paid for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that, when our company card clearly needed to be updated, instead of reaching out to tell us, "As a valued customer, we want you to know that your credit card has expired. Please log in and update your payment method," or something similar. Instead of reaching out you simply cancelled our membership with no warning and only offered us to re-join at (minimum) 400+% price increase!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Please. I've moved on to Esigngenie. They took the time to listen to what SIGNNOW did to us and offered to beat the low price we had been paying for SignNow. So we're paying less with an upstanding company. I couldn't be happier. SignNow should reflect on how it treats its loyal customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your credit card info is up-to-date as the company will not reach out to you if they run your card and it is declined. They'll just try again and then cancel your membership without speaking to you or emailing you.

It's always been hard for me to submit a template / haven't figured that out yet.

Best solution for my residential rental company
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow allows my clients to review and sign leases, pet addendum and other forms at their leisure. Most of my clients live quite some distance from my business, so I can get management agreements and informational forms delivered electronically for their signatures without travel or waiting for up & back delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to find any problems...the program's easy to use and functional.

I'm not solving any problems other than the simple fact I can do things quicker and more reliably.
