What do you like best about the product?
Advantages: Speed, easy of use, notifications, tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it's way easier than emailing, signing, scanning and sending back so I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turnaround time on signing of contracts and getting started on projects. Also record keeping has improved.

The site is very intuitive. I had about 10 minutes worth of training and off I went.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it recognized signing lines vs. having to manually put signature lines where they go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use signnow for all of our e-signature loan documents and pre-loan disclosures. The benefit is customer ease of use and SPEED!

It's incredibly easy to use. I like the fact that i don't have to convert word docs to PDF.

Great App for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get contracts finalized quickly. The recipient can sign on their phone or device immediately with no printing required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if there was a better way to organize stored documents on the site, such as in folders. But I do like the search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts locked down quickly so we can focus on providing services. And if we need to know when someone's contact is up for renewal, we can just use the search function.

It's user friendly and easy to use as well as navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add or change documents to existing document group templates. Not being able to edit document once fields have been saved. It takes time to re-do these things from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very sleek and straightforward, modern and intuitive to use. From a business and client perspective, the app is simple and convenient. Clients are quicker and more likely to complete paperwork in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to edit source documents directly, but there are ways around that and do not significantly impact how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we sent out paperwork requiring signatures as PDF attachments to email, which was cumbersome and made it difficult for clients to complete paperwork fully and in a timely manner. This has significantly improved response time from clients and reduced errors. With the dashboard, it's easy to see what paperwork is still outstanding, and the archive feature makes it easy to save and file completed documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Delivering contracts is really easy with sign now and easy for our customers to use. Now it's it can be integrated via Zapier and we are excited to automate our contract signing process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that it integrates with zapier and that has helped tons. If it had a deeper integration with Infusionsoft (keap) that would be amazing!

I like how I can upload templates and make copies for easy client signatures. It's nice to have all of my contacts digital and in one place!

Mobile app could definitely use some improvement, hard to add text to fields already existing.

Having less paper and all my contracts accessible in one locations
