Send and store contracts

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow can receive data and input it in to my contract templates and then send the contract to the signer. This is helpful for me and saves me many hours of time every week. The mobile app allows me to review or recall contracts from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is difficult to access as it links to a different website. I had to bookmark it to be able to consistently access it instead of clicking the option on their website. There is no way to sign multiple contracts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is helping me get my contracts signed and stored.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to easily share and sign contracts. I appreciative that these count as legally-binding contracts. Additionally, I really appreciate how transparent the entire process is (with countersigned contracts emailed to everyone).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to edit the actual contracts. Since the system is set for pdfs you have to edit in word and then upload later. Insignificant if you use the same PSA/MSA for all clients, but can be slightly problematic if you run in to specific or unique issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the program to solve a lot of issues in streamlining our business contracting process. Greatly appreciated from the standpoint of a small business as we do not have the staff or time to dedicate an entire role to this function. Additionally, it helps ensure that all of our signed contracts hold legal weight, which is a valuable attribute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you carefully review the different tiers and make sure that you understand the limitations of each one.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates, signing links, ability for user to print and/or refuse to sign
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to have an equivalent to DocuSign's "Certificate of Authenticity". I have had several banks refuse to accept SignNow because the banks wrote into their procedures that they had to have the "Certificate", SignNow's history doesn't cut it as it doesn't associate the signature with the rest of the signer's information.

Dash board needs a way to select multiple documents at once (perhaps check boxes out the left) and then take action at once on all the ones selected (like archive or delete).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely got rid of faxing, scanning, and chasing down signers and documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform for esignatures. Easy to use. Careful if your users of the documents require a "Certificate of Authenticity".

What do you like best about the product?
Customers like it! It's easy to use and resend links if needed. Staff likes it too. People are impressed that we have a tool like this to provide convenience for them. Can be used for multiple signers. More affordable than some of the other options available on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is sometimes lacking. Our business is in EST zone and Sign Now is Pacific time. They don't always reply in a timely manner. (I've been trying to reach them since yesterday morning -- left a couple of messages with no responses yet). I don't have to reach out often, but when I do, it's not as easy as I would normally prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients in other cities/states do not have difficulty wrapping up paperwork quickly. They don't have to come in and we can avoid the timely and costly issue of mailing paper applications elsewhere and hoping they come back. Also helps save on the cost of paper and postage. People are so busy these days, it helps wrap things up quickly at their convenience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up support was helpful. I like the training resources available for admin and new users.

Guide me doesn't always work. Required fields are too strict. Can't setup Radio check boxes across pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the click and go and automatic response of the signed contract without me having to click anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand why we have to make a template to send it out after adding the sections.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and to setup. I like that you have an app, and an online version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for a full account. I am a small business. They should have a small business pricing. I did not see KBA authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a secure portal. I use SignNow as an alternative for my non-tech-savvy clients. They seem to understand this better.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems as if it goes to recepients immediately and I like being able to re-send documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike no autopopulate features for previous recipients and also the inability to edit my document after clicking done but before others have signed. Also, many of my recipients are clients who've never seen or used SignNow and some of them are not completing their part because a header shows "complete" when it is not. I think more streamlined elegant design for new user experience would be very helpful. Also, the mobile application is not nearly as robust in features as my desktop verson so I rarely see the advantage of having it other than to "check" progress or review documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to print/scan/sign/scan/email on the part of my clients
