What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, you can create a QR link and shareable link. I use SignNow often almost daily it seems, as it's easy to use and easy to integrate into my day-to-day business.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to edit the submitted document. When I share the created link and find an error, the signee needs to submit a new document and this does not always end well for them and their experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow helps me to have my team documents without the need to meet in person and or fax over necessary documents and information.

II like that I can see the progress on who viewed the document, it helps me know they person received it.

I have nothing really bad to say. It has been working really well.

That it is frequently updating the interface in merely asthetic ways.

Distances travelled by clients is reduced significantly and overall transaction speed is better.
I have been able to get signatures in a timely manner.

I have data to show when and how often I requested them to sign my documents when they have not sign in a timely manner. I then have the record to show my effort to get the signature that I needed for my work.

The option to choice more than one box to check is not easy to understand the took time to figure it out.

Being albe to get parents signatures when they attend IEP meeting virtualy.

What do you like best about the product?
signNow is an excellent platform that I can use for personal and business use. It is user friendly and has helped me in numerous ways to better communiate with my clients on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negative things to say anout signNow to be honest. I have never ran into a problem with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need signatures for numerous estimates and proposals, that my company provides for our clients. SignNow allows me to easily get their signature, review project guidelines and move forward with excellent customer service.
Easy Solutin To Gathering Information
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to upload documents that I use repeatedly, and simply drop in signature blocks, to create a new template. Then simply create a copy, add an email and name, and done!
I use Sign Now multiple times a day, and it really saves me a great deal of time, allowing me to focus on growing my business.
As for setup and getting started, it couldn't be easier. I'm a total tech dummy, and was quite hesitant. But it literally took minutes to set up, after watching a few videos. It really is easy.

Not really much! The only thing to make it easier, would be to add a support person to create the templates!

It has taken the place of having to create new documents for each client, thus freeing up a great deal of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a web-based central repository for all of our employment forms, policy & procedure documents, and all other onboarding paperwork, which allows us to eliminate the need for any related paper costs, waste, or filing requirements. It also makes the process seamless for applicants, and the administrator functionality is fairly flexible and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other "out of the box" product/service, it is not necessarily going to be able to meet all of your organization's specific needs. Some of the functionality could also be improved, as far as the way document groups are organized, and the ability to view individual documents within a larger group of documents. Better customization of downloading and printing documents within a larger group. Lastly, the ability to edit documents that have been completed for minor revisions within fields like date, DOB, name, where the applicant may have made a mistake and they can just sign off on these revisions vs. having to re-complete the entire set of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything associated with not having a paperless process for the hiring and onboarding process. Eliminating related costs in these areas, including labor costs associated with facilitating and maintaining paper driven processes.
