Great utility for dealing with customers who are far away
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very useful, I use it every time I need someone's signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in SignNow that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take documents to those customers who are far away.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that it remembers who I typical send invites to, so I don't have to type in the name & e-mail each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that would ping the signer to remind them to sign. Also, when working on mobile, many of my signers miss the step to "COMPLETE" and send the doc, so I often have to tell them to check the check icon in order to complete the document. My invites often go to receivers spam/trash folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick signatures. Good paper trail, so I track who has signed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its easy to send to clients and they can easily send it back without any issues. Easy to upload and navigate the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my clients sign on their mobile phones, they dont have a streamlined experience. So please work on a better mobile experience!!! A lot of times they site crashes or they cant submit the finished contract.

It's really simple to use and allows us to get through our workload within a quick turn over.

The bugs that sometimes occur can easily break our workflow which leads to lack of progression for our files. Given that we are a legal team, it is integral to our business that files are opened and closed within a reasonable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing everything paperless allows us to save on postage costs, the signing of documents is completed within a fraction of the time it would normally take and the feature to cc people n on the document so the receive a fully executed document, is also very helpful in freeing up time.

The crm i use has focusing built in and I wish this was instead.

I don’t have to meet clients face to face. It has become acceptable in many industries
Contracts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
That it's easy to fill all the spots in the contract and that both I and the signer get a copy. Also that is super easy to setup and send reminders to signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the mobile version is so weak you need to make improvements to make it more functional. Also If I wish to send a contract through my phone is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be enviromentally friendly while filling out all the important documents to have in my HR department. Also it gives me ease that they have stored my signed documents in case something happens.

That you just need to try it to see that it can improve the overall time you spend with contracts and new hires.
Easy. Fast. Clients also find it easier and faster to move projects forward.

Advantages: Speed, easy of use, notifications, tracking

Honestly it's way easier than emailing, signing, scanning and sending back so I have no dislikes.

Turnaround time on signing of contracts and getting started on projects. Also record keeping has improved.

The site is very intuitive. I had about 10 minutes worth of training and off I went.

I wish it recognized signing lines vs. having to manually put signature lines where they go.

We use signnow for all of our e-signature loan documents and pre-loan disclosures. The benefit is customer ease of use and SPEED!

It's incredibly easy to use. I like the fact that i don't have to convert word docs to PDF.
