Electronic signature for business
What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to have electronic copies of sales contracts - no more paper. My products are often shipped so many times do not see clients face to face. This enables me to still have a valid signed contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far! Have not even needed any tech support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously had sales contracts signed manually at the time of sale. Now i am able to send out contracts in advance of the sale, if there are errors they can be corrected, organization is a breeze with legal electronic copies rather having to scan in paper copies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommend for ease of use, ability so send reminders, at a glance can see what is outstanding. Can definitely recommend for small business although would likely work well for large businesses as well.

What do you like best about the product?
In general everything is very easy to use. I use this several time per day in my business I regret not starting to use it earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option where you could select Spanish to send to clients. Also I wish there was an option where the client can only sign with their finger and actual signature instead of typed options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are able to sign their applications very easily and on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it as soon as possible if you are not using a esign application. It is great!

I can't figure out how to add multiple documents to an envelope without collating.

Manually changing signing fields is frustrating. I wish there was a way to mass convert signers to one signer

Sending paperwork; people complete paperwork much more quickly when they don't have to print and scan documents

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to save templates and keep sending out contracts- i sent at least 5-10 a day and it makes the process super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
too many emails are sent when i send them out but i'm assuming it may be a settings thing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending agreements digitally is the WAY TO GO!!! No need to print and scan is HUGE.

The user friendliness of the software. It make it easy to attached forms to be singed and get a quick response and approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an easy way to resend the signer invite when they have misplaced the original email about a document to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Executive Director needed to work remotely from another state and I started looking at technology we would need to make this a smooth transition. We needed software to allow her to still sign her approval on documents and SignNow has made that possible for a low cost and very user friendly way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send out contracts to my clients. I've only had one or two clients not know how to use SignNow when they receive the email from me. When I encountered that I used SignNow's helpful links to send to my client to help them understand how to use SignNow and hence sign the contract!
I also love the app so that I make access the signed contracts when traveling for business.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when I try to add on someone's email in my account, it won't save. There is a glitch with SignNow in that capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process speed of getting contracts signed. I used to have people print off the contract attached in an email and then they would MAYBE sign, scan and email back but mostly would SNAIL MAIL the signed copies. Now I have people signing their contract in minutes which leads to getting deposits quicker as well.

Do it! So easy to use and I like better than other similar companies out there. Very convenient and effective!

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of use and being able to customize forms to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with email and firewalls, but were able to rectify these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have eliminated paper forms entirely and having to chase people for signatures is no longer. Now we simply email them the forms and they are instantly emailed to the next signer upon completion. Seamless and fast.

That if you want a product that is easy to use and will eliminate the need for paper, this is it.

Easy addition AND combination of documents, regular updates on signing process.

Nothing so far! I've worked daily with this system for three months now, and I don't want to work without it!

Quick and legal processing of documents for signature - no more printing, way better for environment. I've found my clients PREFER to e-sign, as they can do so quickly, and EASILY, from their phone/tablet. Faster processing of signed docs means more time to sell more product, and thusly is increasing my income.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to send the documents you need signed! I like that we can save documents as templates and send them over and over, easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is that sometimes it will not show as completed and I go in and see the info all there.

I send out contracts all day! This makes sending these contracts and getting the information I need very quick and easy!
