Best all around program for the money
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried many different programs and this is has by far the most features for the price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to forward to another website upon completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publicly available forms that may be signed on demand. Streamlining new patient intake processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save templates for importing with other pdf in the future.

We are a paperless startup company with 12 employees, we manage everything from employement agreements to tax reporting using SignNow. Works great for us, specially the template function.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use it on an iPad and the archiving function is quite complex as we have to manage each file individually to archive it.

Every single document that needs signature we are sending it via SignNow

This was the lowest price software we could find that would provide what we needed. So far we have a great experience

you can't use special characters in the title. end users receiving a signnow document must install the app - users do not like this!

Easy of use and reliability. This gives our ordering and procurement process a professional view and is easy to track the history of all approvals.

I like the price best -- it makes a great product affordable for me as a freelancer.

I don't like how sometimes emails from SignNow get caught in spam filters by my clients, but that's not really SignNow's fault as much as it is email service providers' fault.

I use SignNow to send contracts to my clients. It's an extrememly efficient way to get deals done. Love it!

SignNow allows my in the field employees to fill out forms without having to return to the office.
What do you like best about the product?
The templates function has transformed our intranet. I can post a fillable form on the intranet and my employees in the field can easily access it on their tablets and send us information. This has increased efficiency, and decreased communication issues by instantly alerting office staff to newly submitted forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, the ease of the online software makes it a breeze to use. Price is fair and below many competitors. If I had to pick, I think maybe the dashboard display could be improved.

Electronic Signing Success
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the comprehensive suite of options available with SignNow. It allows our office to have multiple users and confidently obtain electronic signatures. I also like that it saves signed documents, as a back up in case our files are corrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. I feel like the website is a little slow, but the features outweigh the negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an insurance office who primarily does business over the phone and via email, so the ability to obtain signatures without the client being present helps keep our business running efficiently.
Works pretty efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload any doc I want and prepare it for signature by whomever. Saves me lots of time from having to go out and see clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing docs can be fairly tedious to do when you're not a premium member. Also, I've been told by some clients they're having issues signing the doc on their phone without the app installed.

Not having to go out to see clients for simple signatures.
