Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
It simply works! I work with truckers who are always on the road, and can't easily access printers/scanners. This service works like a dream.

Recipients must download app, I've been told.

the mobility is great. It's very simple. The title has changed back and for some reason, this is a better name. it feels secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font is small and for sure i don't like the awkwardness of filling in text. Not a great experience. It starts small and I have to try and enlarge it, which is hard to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can e-sign everything. I even use it for my kids permission slips, doctor's notes etc.

I would recommend this product- I have used it for over 5 years and it is secure, easy to use and the mobile app works well.

I think it's a good value for the price and the tracking ability is nice

The interface is a little clunky and I wish it was easier to place the fields

The alternative is paper contracts, which are hard to keep track of and slow to circulate. Digital agreements are much faster
Electronic signature for business
What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to have electronic copies of sales contracts - no more paper. My products are often shipped so many times do not see clients face to face. This enables me to still have a valid signed contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far! Have not even needed any tech support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously had sales contracts signed manually at the time of sale. Now i am able to send out contracts in advance of the sale, if there are errors they can be corrected, organization is a breeze with legal electronic copies rather having to scan in paper copies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommend for ease of use, ability so send reminders, at a glance can see what is outstanding. Can definitely recommend for small business although would likely work well for large businesses as well.

In general everything is very easy to use. I use this several time per day in my business I regret not starting to use it earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option where you could select Spanish to send to clients. Also I wish there was an option where the client can only sign with their finger and actual signature instead of typed options.

My clients are able to sign their applications very easily and on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it as soon as possible if you are not using a esign application. It is great!
