Exceptionally easy to use for my small business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and my clients can sign documents without needing to use mail or faxing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I dislike about this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy for me to have contracts signed remotely without me needing to meet face to face with clients

The ease of uploading documents and creating enter-able fields along with templates for contracts used often.
What do you dislike about the product?
When lining up signature and initial fields it's difficult to estimate where the actual signature or initial will land on the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with out of state contract signers that cannot meet face to face.

If you need a product in a space where there are several comparable products, definitely consider SignNow.com when looking at the others.
Easy to Use and SO convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to drag and drop a document into the site and quickly sign, save, and download! When I discovered how to invite other signers, it made me love sign now even more! I've been using SignNow in my business for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I am certain I am not using all the features of Sign Now... but for my needs, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for signing contracts... with our team and with vendors we work with. I love how easy it is to invite a signer to sign the doc!

Easy to use and great pricing!

Templates, so I can just create quick agreements for credit card changes for clients.

I wish there was a way to integrate onto websites.

Easy to get documents signed and I like the fact that they're all stored securely and I can pull them from anywhere.

Give the Templates a try so you can knock out contracts quickly.
Sign Now - a great value, simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sign Now was very easy to setup and use. The experience for the customers is also very simple, and it's very easy to add fields. We used this for various types of agreements. Custom agreements were very easy to use, but we mostly used it for sending the same templated contract to all our customers. I also enjoyed that it expired the agreement, which helped our closing rate and assisted in tracking our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it doesn't stamp anything on the document to indicate that it was e-signed. Otherwise it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this to speed up our contract process; it's saved us hours of back and forth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no better product for the price, hands down. Unless you need overly complicated e-sign documents, I'd go with SignNow every time.

Sometimes it autofills fields or signature lines, which can be time consuming to delete

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SignNow for several years and it is easy to upload docs, create signatures and send to my clients. My clients love using it as well because of its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the program is that using Mac Mail with gmail, it does not send me a PDF version of the signed contracts once completed. I need to log back in to the program to download rather than just opening/saving from Mail. Not a deal breaker but only thing I would change about it.

As a Realtor, I have many things that need to be signed and sometimes quickly. With SignNow, I only need to upload and send to my clients. No need to take time out of our schedules to meet through the day. That gives more time to be able to conduct other business..

Anyone I 'cc' in the document 100% of the time say they do not receive the document.

Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to use. Not only do I use it to sign all my documents, I even use it as a PDF editor as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it auto-populates blocks that it thinks need to be signed or edited. It's annoying to have to "X" them all out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am on the road a lot so it is very helpful to be able to sign my documents when not at a computer. The mobile app is very easy to use and very intuitive.

This product is so easy to use and offers so many great features. It's been a staple within my business toolbox for a long time and will be for a long time into the future.
