What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Super simple to get things signed and filled out. User friendly for even those who aren't great with technology.

So far, there has not been anything I dislike. People may have an issue with paying a fee for this app, but its honestly well worth the money.

Being able to sign digital documents regarding insurance, legal paperwork and simple items for school.

Excellent templates feature, great price, and an easy-to-use UI

What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of excellent features. For starters, the ability to save a document as a template makes it incredibly easy to reuse. Combined with the price and the simple, easy-to-use UI, it’s a great option for any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one and only complaint is the lack of compatibility between the smartphone and desktop versions. I have templates saved on the desktop version that don’t automatically appear in the smartphone version for reuse, and there’s no option to sync or add them there, either. It’s very frustrating to have to create the same document template twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for me is time management. Being able to use templates, instead of having to create a brand-new document each time like you would with DocuSign, is a huge advantage and saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me most is how Signnow simplifies the transition from a static draft to a fully interactive legal document like an NDA. I love the precision of the Signer 1 field assignments, which ensures that the receiving party knows exactly where to place their signature without any back and forth emails. The ability to add calculated fields and request attachments directly into the template is huge win for our compliance team as it keeps all necessary data within a single, secure file.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the desktop editor is excellent, I've noticed that navigating the deep menus for Advanced Field Settings can take a bit of a learning curve for new team members. I would also appreciate more native, one click options for batch exporting the Audit Trails of multiple completed agreements into a single summary report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signnnow has effectively solved our documents bottleneck problem by digitizing the entire execution phase of our contracts. It has eliminated the friction of missing signatures, as the required field setting prevents a signer from finishing until every mandatory box, like the in witness whereof section is filled.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has made our document workflow incredibly smooth by turning static PDFs like our NDAs into interactive, professional signing experiences. I particularly appreciate the Signer 1 assignment feature, which allows me to precisely place signature and date fields so there's zero confusion for the receiving party. It's a very intuitive platform that has significantly reduced the friction in our external contract negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor frustration is that the mobile interface for editing complex field layouts can feel a bit cramped compared to the seamless desktop experience. I've also noticed that if an agreement has a high number of Calculated Fields, the initial loading time for the document can occasionally take a few extra seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has solved our manual chase problem where we used to spend days following up on physical signatures for legal compliance. It has eliminated the risk of incomplete documents, as the Required field setting ensures that no ne like our Receiving Party can hit done every initial is in place.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education and teaching content. A big part of my work involves handling patient documentation, consent forms, confirmations, and record keeping, and SignNow supports this work in a very practical way. Customer Support is Quick.
What I like most about SignNow is how smoothly it fits into routine clinic processes. I can prepare standard, pre-filled forms such as diet consent forms, online consultation consent, follow-up commitments, and diet plan acknowledgements, and send them for signature without any complexity. Patients only need to sign, which makes the process quick and easy for them as well.
Document organization is another strong point. All signed, pending, and completed forms are clearly listed, which helps in maintaining proper records. This is important in clinic work where documentation needs to be available for future reference and follow ups.

Remote signing works especially well for my setup. Many consultations and discussions happen online, and SignNow allows documents to be shared and signed without physical visits. This helps maintain continuity of care and professional documentation even when patients are not present at the clinic.
The signing workflow itself feels clear and reliable. Adding signature and date fields is straightforward, and the signing experience is simple for both sides. This is ideal for common clinic forms that remain the same for all patients and only require approval or consent.

Few small things could be improved from a day to day work perspective.
Sometimes when managing multiple documents, switching between signed and pending files takes a few extra steps. A slightly simpler or more compact view for document status would make tracking faster.
Also, for first-time users, some options and settings take a little time to explore before understanding what is actually needed for simple signing workflows. Once familiar, it works smoothly.
These are minor points and do not affect how well SignNow supports my documentation and signing needs.

Digital signatures have simplified collaboration and now streamline approvals across partners

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for SignNow is the ease of use for someone who is not technical; it saves time as I don't have to send documents manually or hard copies for signature. I use this tool for all sorts of signatures, both internal and external. Internal signatures are for any documents which require approval and authorized signature internally. I use it externally with clients, vendors, resellers, and partners for all official documents and documentation so that the signature can be done easily and smoothly well within the stipulated time.

A specific example of a document I've sent using SignNow is having clients sign retainer letters, contracts, affidavits, and legal pleadings, and it's very suitable for this purpose.

What is most valuable?

The best features SignNow offers, in my opinion, are templates, ease of use, collaboration, intuitive user-friendly interface, and customer support excellence.

Those features help me in my daily work as the interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, making it very easy to use for even those who are non-technical. The learning curve is very smooth. For the templates, it's easy to use them and I use them again and again, hence making my work very easy.

SignNow streamlines all of my daily contracts and makes it easy to save the templates to use over and over again.

SignNow helps me to keep track of each signed document by allowing me to create folders within the app very easily, and I'm very happy for that.

Tracking signed documents has benefited my organization by reducing errors that came with doing it manually. Efficiency has improved because we do it electronically, and it has really saved us a lot of time. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

What needs improvement?

So far things are going well, but one thing that I would love to see improvement on is integration with Google Sheets for collecting response data, as it doesn't work properly. It could be easier sorting of completed documents where it's not that seamless when wanting to sort out the completed documents versus those that are not completed or maybe signed.

I would also like to see the addition of videos to walk people through more complex features, as it would be great.

I would also like to see more customization for all accounts.

I have been working in my current field for five years and eight months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SignNow is stable, and I have not experienced any downtime or issues since we started using this tool.

SignNow is scalable; we are able to sign a lot of documents at once, and it handles everything.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is excellent; I have interacted with the customer support team a few times, and they are very quick to respond to our queries, very dedicated, and very solution-oriented.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used DocuSign, and the main reason for switching from DocuSign was mainly due to its prohibitively high price, whereas SignNow offers very similar features for a more affordable price.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that pricing is very cost-effective. Any organization, regardless of size, can afford SignNow. It's very cost-effective and also very easy to use, making it very easy to set up everything even for those who are non-technical.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

By switching to SignNow, we've reduced some of our SaaS costs. We've saved time and become more efficient by using reusable templates.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing SignNow, I evaluated other options, including Shopify Plus.

What other advice do I have?

The price is super reasonable and very cost-effective compared to any solution that we've used for digital e-signature tools. It has really enhanced collaboration between us and our clients and other partners. It's good for the bulk sending option for signature.

My advice to others looking into using SignNow is that it is appropriate for most companies who need documents filled out and signed easily by multiple parties. It also comes at a very competitive price point, which is never a bad thing, so it's a highly recommendable tool to save time and cost.

Digital signing has transformed remote hiring and client onboarding and saves time and costs

What is our primary use case?

We use SignNow for remote signing of employees, client onboarding, and documentation and paperwork. The business is not and cannot go completely paperless, but facilitating quick transmission of documents for signature and counter signature for people outside of the organization is essential. SignNow currently integrates with PDFfiller, which allows us to upload and modify documents that have already been drafted and to create templates. Editing a template and migrating it over SignNow for sending out and signing is a frequent step when taking on new staff and clients.

How has it helped my organization?

SignNow has saved me time chasing clients to get paperwork signed. We now do it automatically through SignNow. We have gotten our own documentation signed more easily, and we have an easy way to send and store signed documents, which adds more security to our documents. We have an easy way to send applicants authorization forms and agreements, and we have become more compliant and reliable.

We have achieved a reduction in error of approximately 80 percent since we do not do it manually. We have realized cost savings of 60 to 70 percent since we do not have to meet and travel back and forth to sign documents, as we can now do it automatically through SignNow. Time is essential in my organization, and we have saved significant time through fast sending of documents, with clients able to receive documents within minutes, sign them, and send them back to us through SignNow.

SignNow has been really helpful in my organization, especially in reduction of human errors during the signing process. It has also been cost-effective and time-saving through elimination of traveling to come and sign documents and return. We can now send the document electronically through SignNow, where they are signed by our clients easily and sent back to us, which has saved us considerable time and cost.

What is most valuable?

I use SignNow to digitally sign all of my paperwork that requires a signature, and the same applies with my clients. Whenever we need a document signed, we prepare it externally or load the text within SignNow and then send the documents off through SignNow. This means we do not need to print, our clients do not need to print, and our clients can sign documents wherever they are as long as they have an internet connection and access on my device, which saves us considerable time and possibly traveling costs to come and do the paperwork of signing.

SignNow offers an easy-to-use, intuitive, and user-friendly interface, along with tracking, signing, and downloading of completed documents, and seamless integration.

What needs improvement?

SignNow APIs are extremely expensive. However, they are still cheaper than DocuSign. The text feature to invite a recipient is not good. Texts cannot be adjusted as of now. I wish it could recognize pages within a document, as currently you can only delete the page when editing templates or documents.

The integration with Google Sheets for collecting response data does not work seamlessly.

It would also be great if there were easier sorting of completed documents.

For how long have I used the solution?

Eight and a half.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SignNow is absolutely stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SignNow is very scalable. We can sign a thousand documents at a time, and it handles everything.

How are customer service and support?

According to my experience, the customer support is proactive and supportive twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I have no issues with them.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used DocuSign. The reason we switched is that it was extremely expensive and not easy to use. SignNow works well for creating a template that can then be shared with a link for people to fill in their details and sign.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

SignNow does not have the same footprint or recognizability as DocuSign. In my opinion, I rank SignNow as a better option compared to DocuSign and other alternatives.

Just to mention, we also integrated it with Zapier. It is also very cost-effective compared to DocuSign and very easy to use.

What other advice do I have?

SignNow has been a game-changer. It makes it easy to sign documents and other e-signature needs, saves time, and reduces error. It has also boosted our document security with no document loss.

It is a great tool, especially when working remotely because documents cannot be transmitted remotely between companies, making in-person signatures not feasible, especially for remote working team members. SignNow is the best tool to send statements of work, contracts, addendums, agency of record letters, and more of our clients and e-signature needs. It is safer, more cost-effective, and faster.
