Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to upload documents and prepare the different fields for signing or information collecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when a signer signs a document, it would save as their name instead of guest signer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
signNow is making it possible for me to collect signed volunteer agreements and waivers from new and returning volunteers, minimizing paper waste and making it easier to collect the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great resource, especially during the pandemic when meeting with others is a high risk activity.
This app was a game-changer for my team.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is sending documents to our clients for a required signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could align my script better when typing words onto lined documentation.

Our most important documents are fillable and our clients can fill out information, sign and send easily back to us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to upload documents, make necessary fillable fields and send out for signature. There is now an option to get documents notarized as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for documents should have more options; I find it takes a long time to find documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get all of our documents signed electronically makes me happy. We need so many things signed; it would be impossible to get work done without it.

Try it, it's better than DocuSign
SignNow has made e-documents easier than ever to organize and send out bulk invites to groups
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to crate group templates, where I can bulk together multiple documents in a single invite! This makes it much easier for customers to review!!
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like how there isnt a a section for both uncompleted and completed documents. I also wish the platform was nicer set up

Makes sending documents take no time at all and gives me more time to do other things

That I can bind my policies online, which is way more convenient for everyone because the customers won't have to drive to an office so they can close and sign a policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I receive many confirmation emails just because I sent the invite to someone. That way my inbox gets full of unnecessary emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to rewrite policies, that are either wrong, or that got cancelled, without having to ask the customer to drive to my office, which not every customer can do.
Extremelly convenient, easy navigation, variety option fields, fast to complete.

I like the ability to customize fields; e-mail confirmation received when other party completes it, fast doc upload. Ability to add multiple docs in one single transaction. Ability to add more than 1 signer.

I dislike the 4 emails one receives when using it. I think 2 emails are enough. Sometimes the uploaded file appears blurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the clients signatures on applications, important documents sometimes on a time sensitive matter, which brings the convenience to the client and us. Made our business increase.

I wish merging documents was available on the basic Business License.

The Basic License provides tremendous value - unlimited documents at a very affordable price.

This was the best product that I found at a reasonable price. The big-name players in this field are outrageously expensive for small businesses that do lots relatively small contracts.
