What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like the most is how easy it is to use, how without any knowledge it is still really self-explanatory. Just add the signature field and the person, and you're done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a template or add like contacts to add the person faster when it is a usual client without having to use the same document. Creating client templates rather than doc templates would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ok, it is nice that I can send it to the client and get it back without going from one person to another through email and be checking it all the time so I can mark it as signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Setting it up correctly and taking a good look at it before using it is the only recommendation. Everything else is effortless

It is an easy platform to use...good user interface

To my knowledge there is not an ability to make check boxes optional

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and user-friendly interface. It is very easy to use and the template feature is one of the best part about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old feature of being able to email a copy got taken away. It was a good feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the necessity of having to move to complete remote work due to COVID, SignNow was instrumental in getting all the work done and move from paper files to digital.

We cannot edit a pdf on the platform. It would save a lot of time if we can edit a contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice not to have to deal with printing and signing and scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of work involved in assigning signers, fields and signing steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusing process around assigning a notification to the second signator that it's their turn to sign.
