Signnow has been easy to use and great for our organization
What do you like best about the product?
From a UI perspective, it's simple and unassuming. Easy to navigate and set up a envelope or template to get signed. The drag and drop feature is also super simple which makes it super easy to get up to speed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's my mouse but some times when I drag and drop a text box or signature field to a template it gets dropped in a different place and its a little difficult to move to the correct spot. Sometimes it ends up creating another text box field or signature and I have to end up deleting it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging signnow for our customers and partners to sign partner referral agreements as well as MSA's. NDA's It's been really great to have electronic signature so we can download and upload to salesfoce
Easy and Effective to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can immediately see if the recipient has signed the document and you receive an email notification once they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem a bit tedious to pull up the desired document. There could possibly be less steps to go through to get to where you are trying to go within the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to make the sales cycle shorter.

Can be tideous to put in all signatures or initials

Cutting time by send over e-mail as opposed to regular postal mail
Powerful at a low cost
What do you like best about the product?
I like to convenience of the online features to build documents, send for signatures, and especially like the 're-send invites / Cancel Invites features. The end-user side seems to be easy enough to follow for most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sign Now appears to lack the feature to send a URL to the 2nd party. Many of my meetings are live in tele conference with chat where this would be helpful. Capturing the agreement in real-time is the best time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding that more agreements are signed and with a faster turn around as opposed to emailing a PDF or by FAXing an agreement over to collect signatures. Convenience and being able to sign in realtime is very handy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong by using SignNow. The cost for service vs value and features is excellent for any organization.

UI could you some improvement, it seems a bit dull.

We use it to handle sign off sheets and also send contracts etc, this allows us to be paperless.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to rid ourselves of printing so many items that need to be signed has been the most significant advantage to signNow. We're able to move documents to others electronically rather than shuffling paper that sometimes would get lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a couple of templates that we really had to refine for them to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've eliminated the need to track down timesheets from employees. We've made it easier to tracking inventory that is being moved from location to location.

This software makes getting digital signatures on documents a breeze.

My favorite aspect of this software is that you can literally drag and drop the document into the system rather than having to upload it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a feature that would allow you to stay signed in for a certain period of time (e.g., 12 hours) so I don't have to continue to sign in all day.

This software has helped me overcome the issue of getting legal documents signed in the Covid/social distancing era.

Don't wait to get this product, time is money, and this product saves you time and therefore money.

The accessibility of the product is very easy to use.

That you cannot edit the documents text which means it takes longer if there is an error on the document.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to understand and for clients to sign. I also love the feature where it lets you change the recipient after you send the contract. Not always do you know who will sign the contract so that is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't add the Payment Option right onto the contract. If you were able to do that then the customer could pay right when they get the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought SignNow to have an electronic way to send contracts to clients in a contactless fashion. SignNow proved to be a huge asset in this endeavor. Very helpful and useful for my company.
