Hassle-free way of signing documents and contracts
What do you like best about the product?
We particularly admire SignNow's reminder setting feature the most as it lets us remind our recipient about the pending signatures so that it does not get missed. Moreover, this tool is available for all platform users such as Android, iOS, and Desktop, making it quite accessible and reliant document singing application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though SignNow makes documents signing and receiving process is quite streamlined and time-saving, the recipient can't add any comment if they require to make any changes on documents before signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall experience using SignNow has been quite incredible because this tool has dramatically saved our hassle and resources while getting our documents signed.

I am merging multiple documents to one and sending to a client in 1 easy step. I use this feature all the time.

With the new features that have been added I have not found anything at this time I am not happy with-

I can close more sales by sending my purchase agreements and contracts via SIGN NOW to my clients for their review and they can easily sign, accept the agreement and return-

Would like to be able to move to folders and then delete document off main page.

As good as DocuSign and the rest and a better value
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, cloud-based, and easy to use. Nearly everyone I've sent a document to has been able to sign without a problem. SignNow is a great value, especially if you purchase the annual package which saves you a lot more money than other services like DocuSign and HelloSign
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to better organize folders and files- it's little tedious to organize at files at times but there are minor quibbles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow enables me to get signatures that are legally binding (and approved legally) from people without having to email the document to a bunch of people and get individual signature pages back. With SignNow, all signatures you send out through SignNow will appear on the same document and the PDF will show all signatures on the document have been validated. It saves time, money, and trees!

The learning curve isn't the easiest but once you get the hang of it you are ok.

It’s easy to use. It I’d like to have an option to save my customized invitation massage.

It's easy to use. No need of prints-out.

Because I cannot save my personalized invitation message, I need to retype it every time. I would like incpstead of my email, to show my name and credentials.
