Affordable, simple e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface for simple docs. Signed docs arrive as attachments via email, and they satisfy a state law that requires keeping the IP address of the signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a client uses the link to access a document, I get an email that the link was clicked but I have no idea who it was who clicked. Would like some way of ferreting that information. Also, I'd like to have some free-form way for customers to fill in informational data that's appended to the contract. Finally, it is difficult to use on a smartphone without downloading the app... my clients will likely only be using it once and so don't really want to download an app to their phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract signings with customers: signNow has solved our quality/consistency issues in terms of making sure that every item in the contract is addressed. Better workflow and more consistent schedule performance with automatic routing to the contractual parties in the right order, and delivery of fully executed documents to all parties.
Retention agreements with clients: much easier for clients to sign even when they are geographically distant.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Adobe sign for many years and watched that product go downhill. We were greatly in need of a new option, but like most humans, we were afraid of change. Switching to Sign now was not the horrible experience i was expecting. The price was comparable. Set up was minimal, and the program solved many of the problems I had been facing with our previous program. The big thing we needed that SignNow helped with was the ability to make changes to a contract without completely starting over.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not entirely intuitive. Since I do not use the software frequently, I often have to relearn or re-find features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a more reliable program for sending contracts as our old program was not longer working. SignNow gave us what we needed at an affordable price for a small business.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has the best price point as fare as electronic signture platforms are concerned. There website is very user freindly and clients are never confused about how the signature process works. I am constantly getting contracts signed, and SignNow allows me to get them out and back with signature in a seamless process. I love their service!

I have not encountered any downsides with this company.

They have allowed me to automate getting contracts signed, keep up with deal flow, and buy and sell from anywhere on the planet!

Reliable E-Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and you can tailor each document to how you specifically need it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful if SignNow could connect to our database to automatically upload documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents are getting signed in the same day as opposed to mailing it to each client to then have them sign and send back which is typically a 1-2 week process.

Ease of use and simplified view of screen to select what is needed to have filled out, etc..

The end user complains that they cannot enlarge the screen area on their phone and has to redo the entire form again.

No much issues other than not enlarging screen. It has greatly improved the speed of paperwork waiting. Comes in fast.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined way of being able to send contracts, sign them, and keep track of who/when it was opened it very time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is really awful. If you have any space in the beginning or end, it won't pull up any results and if you don't realize their is a space (maybe after copy and pasting) you are left scratching your head. Often times, the search feature just doesn't work at all. I put in an email i know is right, it pulls up nothing, and I have to try 3 more times in a row for it to work. There is a bad connection between email and cellphones. If you click a link on your phone to get to a specific document, your phone will only take you to the signnow homepage. Also, the app is not good. It's not user friendly and search is even worse on the app. I've used signnow for years now, so I'm not "inexperienced" These are flaws. Once I emailed in about a search issue and was told "to check if there was a space." ....If you KNOW thats an issue why isn't it just fixed??? I emaled once about an issue with getting a template t owork, wasn't fixed, still can't use it to this day. Cant be bothering trying to work with the customer service department and. their canned reponses.

It streamlines our contract signing. Saves us time and lets us send our templates so we don't have to redo them over and over again.
