Essential to my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the template feature! Since I use the same contract in my business, I created a template that has the values automatically put where they are supposed to be, and it has saved me so much time! This is the best esignature service to use out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my business run more efficiently and saves me so much time. I use it for pretty much anything I need to sign that I can.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is exceptionally user-friendly for both my clients and me. I can upload a single document or group of documents, choose fields as either optional or mandatory in just a few seconds, and have the package off to the client immediately. Other products I have used to collect eSignatures were clunky and challenging for some elderly clients to navigate. I would highly recommend SignNow for it's price, capabilities, and ease of use across multiple fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about SignNow. It has been a great program for our needs in both my insurance brokerage and business consulting business. I wouldn't change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a document for signing was simpleeasy using a Word Document and the tools to add needed fields. Once I've set up my folders and the excel spreadsheets for doing bulk invites, it was a very straightforward process. The tutorials are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are a non-profit and fund our campaign with donations from owners it's bit pricey for us. We only need it for 3-4 months every year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The association tends to build proxies that can be difficult for owners to understand and fill out. The online voting requires a password, adding to the complications. We are able to build an approved proxy for each owner using an excel spreadsheet with the required information that only needs a signature and date. We are able to get an additional 200-300 votes from owners that would not have voted otherwise. Note: We use Mailchimp to send blasts to owners offering them this alternative.

Clients, whether tech-savvy or novice, find the app easy to use on either their email or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the signatures are too small to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not know what airSlate is. I haven't had any SignNow problems to solve.
I have been using signnow for years, and it has saved so much time.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for multiple doc esignture management. Clients can sign from their phone, and it's extremely simple. And you can CC team members so they automatically get the signed doc when complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally use this every single day for my business. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't use it. I'm sorry, I know that's not very helpful, but I love signnow. If you want, I can give it a shout out on my podcast, Mortgage Guide
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do mortgages. So there are many times that letters of explanations are needed from borrowers. Using signnow allows us to format documents easily and get signatures, without our borrowers needing to print/sign/scan/return. It saves tons of ink, and tons of time.
Affordable and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload, format, and send documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload one document and edit it within the program (I have to do bulk contracts for 30-40 different people at a time).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and simple way to get contracts signed and returned (rather than contractors having to print, sign, scan, and send back in).
Time and cost savings for me and my clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the signed form is sent directly to my email in PDF form so that I can print it directly from the message. This saves me and my company time by not having to log into the website to retrieve the signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients sometimes have a hard time navigating the invitation we send to complete the form. Every so often a client will have their invitation delivered to their spam account which slows down the process of getting the completed documents returned back to our office. Sometimes clients also will use the term Docusign and expect the email to come from that provider even when we correct them that it will be from SignNow. This is not a problem that can be fixed simply. Moreover, using a platform that does not have the same name recognition as others leads to condusion and mistrust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for fast turnaround times on signatures and reminding people to sign. It has significantly reduced the time to get required signatures which speed up our sales process. It has benefitied our company by reducing the human capital needed to get signatures on documents through on our end. Our sales team has faster close rates due to less time waiting for documents to be returned. We use to use only wet signatures of faxing and refaxing a form for a client to sign and now we are able to have everything completed in minutes. This has increased our

The preface, it can get a bit messy with all the documents.

Making The Process Easier
What do you like best about the product?
We love Sign Now it's been the best solution to making things run better and smoother. We have gotten rid of the paperwork and tedious things and its been wonderful. We love it!

There is really nothing we dont like. Its been everything we needed.

Can be a little hard for less tech savvy customers who aren't familiar with having to download an app to sign off their phones
