Great website
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for both businesses and customers
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at the moment! Great website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers give their card info so we can book them
Best and most affordable e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
Our team was searching for an affordable software that could also create a link to embed on a website. Sign Now was by far the most affordable option.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues at all with sign now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To embed specific unlimited e-signature forms for users on a website without having to "invite" them to sign.
Easy to use, just wish there was a way to edit
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and makes sense. Keeps everything organized fairly easily for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i want to make a simple edit to a document. I have to open it in word or google docs. Make an edit and then redo everything on signnow. I wish there was a way to create the document in signnow so that it was easier to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this alot for customers to have contracts with us. Easy to send to them and sign and then have stored in one spot.
Great piece of signing software
What do you like best about the product?
Our customers return paperwork quicker with digital signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have any smart fields that integrate with google docs, for example, I'd like to be able to insert an image in a google doc and it becomes a field in the sign now doc, you could have different images for different fields (signature, date, text)
Customers often want changes to contracts after I have sent them the sign now doc. That means I have to make the changes in google doc, download the pdf, upload it to sign now, re-import all of the signing fields, delete the last doc and cancel the invite. I'd love a button that lets you import documents directly from google docs and if the contract isn't signed you can simply press a button, and it updates the document in signnow from the changes you made to the google doc. These two features would be game-changing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paperwork signed was the biggest problem. We now get it back much quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign now is a good product for anyone who wants to get their customer's contracts back faster and wants an easy-to-manage signing system for internal HR paperwork.
Easy and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Templates are very easy to make and the update to auto-populate fields is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it does not allow you to go from one document to the next when working on a Group of Templates. We use this for our onboarding paperwork so finishing one and moving to the next requires a couple of extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our electronic signature requirements are resolved with SignNow. We have transitioned to 100% remote and this has been very useful in allowing the transition to go a bit smoother.
Wonderful service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of being able to have anyone (they done even need an account) to sign a document. I love how that document is then sent to my email as a pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of documents that can be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no limit now on the number that can sign but I heard that is changing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product make sure you do not have a limit on the number that can sign. They do have limits.
everything works great. I would appreciate less confirmation emails.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use from the computer on my side. I also think that the platform on a mobile device is very easy to use. I do think that a larger text could be provided for elderly clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
amount of emails to confirm whether it has been signed. If I am the signer, I shouldn't be notified twice that I have already signed. It clogs up my inbox. See above for what is not neccessarily a dislike, just more of an idea. I have had some elderly clients in the past, attempt to sign an insurance document from their mobile device, and having a difficult time with it. I also think that many people are used to the platform of Adobe Esign. Some of our companies, locally use it. Their design could be easily replicated or used to make some improvements and upgrades.
The only other thing is grouping of documents. It seems there was a recent upgrade from that feature, and it only created more confusion. Naming the document group should be the last question is asks. The most important thing in our industry is grouping the documents in the format that is the most readable for our clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time, I haven't experienced any personal issues. Ease of use and timely turn around is a big part of our industry. Those would be the areas of concentration I would recommend.
Great, makes working so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of it has been excellent! It makes working with clients a lot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not allow you to make edits as soon as there is a signature on it or that you cannot make pdf edits on sign now - even the simple stuff like crossign out etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time
Couldn't do my job without SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to send all my needed consent forms directly to my client's and they can pick up and sign from their email from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found any downsides, perhaps the cost is a little high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not solving any problems with signNow. The benefits are telehealth would not happen so easily without signNow.
Works great for what we need when working with clients and needing multiple parties signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
It's great at letting us have multiple people sign our contracts. It's the primary reason we use this service versus others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish is were cheaper to have multiple managers on an account for billing or reviewing PDFs before sending to a client. But most of that we have solved in other ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've also seen that we get notifications when parties sign our contracts which is great for our team to know when a client is ready to go with their projects without having to reach back out to the client over and over about signing a contract.
