Residents don't need to make time to come down to our office to sign. They can do it from the convenience of their home.

It is very easy to create templates and share links. SignNow automatically emails you when someone has signed your form.

I get two emails every time someone signs, one with the signed document attached and one just telling me that they signed it. It would be nice to turn this off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, benefits are not having to have people print, sign, and scan documents to send back. We get signed documents back much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't evaluated e-sign applications in several years since we signed up with signNow, but I'd wager they are leading the pack in terms of the features that they offer. My staff doesn't need most of them, but there are some pretty cool things you can do, and I think most people would find helpful. One example of this is "magic" fields (they may also call them "smart" fields). These fields are essentially dynamic placeholders in your document, which can be filled automatically based on the signing link; you append parameter values to the URL to do this. Even relatively small businesses will likely find this useful. Our company used the feature to fill out 90% of a form that we had to send to customers; we dynamically added the customer info to the URL when we send the signing link and boom, it made the process a lot easier for our customers.
One other note is that they have been steadily releasing new features for more than a year now. It took them a while to get up to speed, at least from when we first signed up, but they have it down now.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that annoys me is that we cannot change the email our documents are sent from. Well, at least not easily. I did it once and had to request for them to change it for me. You can customize the emails themselves as well as the signing instructions, but not the sending email.
Another small thing is that every document we send retains the same title; that is the name of the document template. I long ago found myself wishing that we could dynamically rename documents after signing, such as appending the signers name. We only send a handful of documents but it can be overwhelming when you try to find a specific one among hundreds with the same title.

They make it easy to send the same documents repeatedly. This allows us to invite a customer to sign a document without much effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the simplicity of this program. It has been very useful for us.

I dislike that the documents are sent to the customers before being filled out by the sender. Sometimes customers are in the document before it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create documents that are easily filled out and signable. The simplicity is much better than other programs.
Less is more
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of signNow is the best thing about it. You can do it what you need - a signature, of course - in a few seconds in an easy way, and if you have to explain to a customer how to use the signNow you can do it in a few seconds too. In other words, less is more, and the app achieves this goal in the better way possible.

Maybe to make the app more easier, others languages could be avaible.

The biggest problem could be the distance of the enterprise and costumers, but the signNow solve this question, giving us the benefit in reducing costs and the option to offer our services to clients all around the world.

I am soliving problems because some people do not have printers to be able to print things and send back to me. Also my whole hiring process is online so it helps me get things back in a timely manner
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with the documents. Make sure to learn which are permant and which are for the signer. Learn the roles as well. Signer one and two are crutial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I can keep track of who I've sent the document to and their status with that document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with the document freezing when I try to input a date in multiple fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use it to keep track of paperwork and the people I am working with.
