SignNow has been easy to use for both me and my clients
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SignNow has been the user interface. It also sends follow up emails I believe which can be helpful when a client misses the first email to sign. I believe you have to set a preference to send follow up emails but they can be very helpful. I also like that people can download the app to sign their documents making it a seamless process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it requires to create a document, I'm only going to use one time, but that will be the case with any app. I would like to see follow-up emails automatically sent vs. having to set them up manually for each document you need to be signed. All in all, it's been an excellent app for the price compared to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get signatures I need in a fraction of the time it's taken using other methods. It makes me look professional and well integrated with technology for existing and potential clients which is important in today's technological age.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed clients return signed documents, and none have asked for help. The process of signing documents is clear, concise, and requires very little computer know-how. I like the straight-forward process my clients go through to return the document to me.
I love the automatic reminders, and the ability to upload documents that contain the form fields already placed. The process is easy, quick, and requires no additional oranization from myself or clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Finding FAQs is sometimes tricky. It'd be great if there were a help/directions resource on the home page to speed up document creation. I'm not too fond of the difficulty of learning to use the program to create documetns and the lack of resources when signed in. I would like to see either mouse hovering for explanation implemented or a "quick guide" overlay that explains each item on the screen.
I would also like the reminder feature to extend past seven days, as it does not.
I'd also find it helpful if there were a way to change the default settings since I am mainly sending the same document with different information filled in, and they all require the same settings.

Missing important signed documents is a thing of the past. Following up is easier than ever since I can set it up to remind clients automatically. I love the set it and forget it automatic reminders. The benefit of Sign Now is reduced time spent verifying and following up on missing documents. The easy-to-use archive makes viewing outstanding documents easy.

What do you like best about the product?
easy way to operate the files and to send documents, also the way that your client accepts this third-party application
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a bulk feature that I can pay for a specific month instead of a year commitment, for example, at the beginning of the year I bulk-email people and the lower down to normal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems I'm solving are retainers and small quick agreements between parties.

f you run a small business, you interact with a lot of suppliers and clients, so create your templates and make them sign the rules.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and intuitive design. The amount of features. The unlimited templates is great and allows for fast contracts to be signed! The live support is very helpful and trying to help your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a minor issue but wish it was possible to adjust text fields more in depth by size and font size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing many contracts that require minor modifications that would take us a long time to do manually or using other contract sites. With the templates, easily modifiable changes, numerous amount of different type of fields is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Fillable forms online for patients to complete prior to appointments. Email confirmations once forms are completed. Link available for our website or to text to patients individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of forms is not very user intuative. Almost difficult. Patients cannot begin a form and go back to it. The form times out quickly, requiring patients to start over from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to be a paperless practice, and our SignNow documents are helping with this. Usage of the forms we've created has helped increase productivity and eliminate errors when trying to read patient handwriting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Feedback from parents completing forms is mixed. Many have difficulty with the sizing on their devices.

Save your templates. It will become a 2-minute process to send out agreements after the templates are created.

SignNow is such an amazing tool - I can easily use it with my cutomers and it takes the pain of scanning things out of the way!

I wish it were easier to change my email address - but otherwise, it's perfect!

I work with nurses so they are often very busy and don't have time to print and scan an item back to us. This helps them and it helps us to get our signatures quicker and easier. It elevates our business and helps us look more professional

What do you like best about the product?
Since COVID this has been the best affordable way to get signatures on my daily documents. I have had to use customer service 2x, and each time, they responded back promptly. In the past year of using Sign Now, there was only one glitch and it was fixed within 24 hours. Great Job! Definitely makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about Sign Now. If I did, I would no longer be using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have documents signed per session, enabling the family to sign the documents confirming the session. Using Sign Now allows me to get paid in a timely fashion.

I like the mobile app. It makes it easy for me when I am out and about.

The ease of setting up monthly reports to be signed by multiple users and setting up multiple fields.

Minor I know, but I would like it remember the size of Signature and Date boxes I select for the same report each month
