What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set up boxes for dates, signatures, and text boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very clunky to set up all the boxes you need on a document. I wish it would auto populate with boxes and you could delet what you don't want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for my clients to sign the documents I need and return them quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the same documents that need to be signed each time, I think this is a fantastic product. But for new documents, with different signature blocks each time, it is cumbersome.

Easy to use - self-help tools to better navigate the system Validated system - only deeisnated individuals can sign off on documents

Some users that I have sent items to have noted that the process for signing off is complicated

A quick way for individuals to sign off on items when traveling / out of the office
Great way to track when items are signed, and I always have a copy of the final document - so less tracking/chasing items for filing.

What do you like best about the product?
I evaluated multiple eSignature (not to be confused with eNotary) solutions, and our firm settled in on signNow because of the value. We started by purchasing two enterprise licenses that enable two admins to easily add signatures, initials, dates, checkboxes, stamps, radio buttons, drop menus, and other columns to PDFs/ Word Documents. With this solution, we are able to send signature requests in a variety of ways: 1 document to 1 recipient; 1 document to many recipients with signatures on the same document in a specified order (basic signature workflow); 1 document to many recipients with individual documents for each signor (bulk send with Excel CSV recipient import). Recipient/signor signing progress can be monitored within the solution and exported to Excel/CSV. The executed/signed document history/audit log is appended to each signor for easy download by the admin. Finally, admins can configure notifications (with or without attachments), which are routed back to them and those routed to signors. This solution met our eSignature needs by being reasonably priced (with no transaction or per/signature costs - only a single annual per admin cost), providing sufficient capability that matches well to our needs, and by being user-friendly for both admins and signors. Final note: signNows chat support has always been responsive and relevant to the questions that I have asked. They provide a chat support button on the bottom right corner of their browser-based admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per my understanding, an admin cannot send on behalf of another user. This feature would be beneficial but isn't a deal-breaker for our Firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to bulk send a signature request to hundreds of employee signors. Progress is easily tracked and downloaded in Excel for review. This capability saves a significant amount of manual tracking and reduces the need for tracking responses through interoffice mail and email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The signNow pricing model allows you to purchase a single enterprise license and then grow usage organically as needed. At first, we were hesitant to not purchase through a salesperson but we did find that purchasing our first named-user license was easy using their website. No issues or concerns with that process. The first administrator can buy additional licenses from within the signNow admin tool.

Clean interface, step by step instructions

Sometimes my signNow email ends up in the receiver's "spam" folder. Generating link is kind of difficult process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders about unsigned contracts are very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tried all the similar services and decided signNow is effective for my regular usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of steps necessary to complete the process and the subscription price. Depending on the document you are setting up, it can take some time, but it is more efficient than any of the other platforms on the market and at a better subcription price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if this is possible, but it would help if SignNow could integrate more seamlessly with Adobe PDF forms that were created for signature within Adobe Acrobat. It would be really helpful if it could automatically "read" the format of a PDF document. We have had to take a number of extra steps to set up signatures in forms such as the IRS W-9 form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and securely getting signatures for contracts for live events and production agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take time to walk through the tutorials so that you fully understand the process in advance. It is intuitive (at least as intuitive as any that I have seen) but other than forms that only require a simple signature and nothing else to be entered, there is a process to setting up the forms prior to distribution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to download signed documents into the correct folder with no paper involved. There was a very short set-up time. I was able to nagivate the program with little to no trouble and implement the program almost immediately. I've had nothing but complements from my end users and they are greatful for not having to print documents to sign them. This cuts back the time for onboarding significantly and I am able to spend more quality time with my new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point, I have had a great experience with this product however, if there was a better way to access training videos to show how to better utilize this product would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding paperwork can be 99% taken care of before the first day of work and the time spent with new hires can be spent on talking about benefits, and what to expect while working their daily jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent tool for digital signatures and review of documentation. It is very affordable compared to other similar products. Other products appeared to be hard to use and therefore hard to implement plus the cost for more difficult programs was much higher than SignNow. It's tremendous time saver for you and your new hires.

Sometimes there are errors converting to pdf.

I don't like that when I put in my password wrong it makes me verify those pictures so many times once should be enough.
