I really like that SignNow is intuitive and easy to use. It's really easy to edit and customize forms to request signatures. I really like that I can also ask signers to upload a document to the form when I need a copy of a pay stub or other record.

The challenging features of Sign Now I think are really minor. I can't adjust multiple fillable fields at the same time, and I can't archive completed forms that are in folder with a coworker if I am not the original owner.

The most helpful update I could request would be a feature that allows me to change the language of the signature prompts. We send documents for signature to people whose primary language is not English and the words "required" or "signature" always appear in English.

In our work we need multiple signed forms from every client we work with. Sign Now makes it easy to send forms through email or text. It's a great program.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the API is very flexible and friendly. I also like the fact that you can structure documents as you like and even customize the emails that are being sent to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more flexibility when it comes to folders creation and templates. Right now there's no endpoint for creating a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the way that a provider can send documents to a patient to obtain their signature.
Underdog e-signature service with great value.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers great value - price to features. Features include creating templates and multiple-step signing. I have not yet used the API, but it's available. Additionally, I believe it integrates with our CRM. While we haven't implemented it yet, that could be a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't change the size of the signature font. It is nearly always too small. Even if it's a large signature field, the signature is tiny. It would be ideal if it auto-sized to fill the space.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy sign now is to teach to new users, and how easy it is for clients to figure out the signing of documents. I love the fact that we got a better price on SignNow then on our previous software, and I love how it is so compatible. I like how you can add different fields in the same document, and its easy to know if you (or your client) has signed all the needed spots for completion.
I love that when the document is fully executed, it immediately emails you a copy for your records. I like how you can send to one person for signing, but can also include another person as a cc that can see the document as well. I love how easy it is to upload documents, and that you can upload multiple documents at one time with out having to go back and upload them one by one.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything that i truly dislike about SignNow! We switched over from RightSignature, and got a better price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic (and even before) its great to have the ability to send clients all over the country documents for signature, and they can get it signed and sent back to us so quickly! Sign Now has made it so much easier for us to be able to get our engagement letters, settlement statements, settlement agreements, etc. all signed quickly and easily, without clients having to scan a hard copy in and send it back to us, or send a document that has been signed back to us in the regular mail, which is great as because everyone knows, the USPS is very slow right now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly consider SignNow as your product of choice for all your e-signing needs! Its price, ease of use, and all around great support is a 10/10 in my book! I'm so glad we decided to switch to using sign Now!
Somewhat Clunky, But Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload docs, add signature/initial/checkbox fields, and email signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making copies of docs could be streamlined (signing elements don't always copy over, which leads to a lot of extra time spent clicking around); I would like the option of receiving notification emails when docs have been completely signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to get documents signed compared to sending hard copies home in student backpacks!
Easy to Use, Efficient, and Clients like it too!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Establishing Templates make getting some of our master documents signed so easy. Best way to get electronic signatures. Email notifications once signed is the best!

Sometimes the documents get lost in Spam folders, so I just email the client when I've sent the document, so they can look for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and goes with our paperless office.
Great Way to Sign Documents Electronically

Very clear and easy way to add whatever you need to documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can merge documents after uploading them, I wish you could select multiple documents at once and combine them during the upload. However, merging documents after the upload is not difficult at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed our business to continue flowing as normal through the Covid-19 pandemic as well as allowing clients to access documents while still displaced from the hurricanes that affected the Southwest Louisiana Area.
SignNow Made Working Possible During Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
In February of 2020 like most companies the company I work for had to figure out a new way to do things during a pandemic. We had to have a way to send electronic signatures to our clients. They found Sign Now. Which was definitely seamless to use. Everything makes sense. Is legally binding. Keeps my files in order by date for me. When I send documents to be signed they are always received by the sender. This site could not be any better. It deserves 10 stars! My company uses it to take care of people's life insurance and it is a website we couldn't live without. It is also a good tax write off for my business and I like it much better than the other document signing things we have used. The price is reasonable and everything makes sense on how to use it. The way that integrates PFD is so nice.

The thumbnails on the documents could be bigger so you can read them better. But this is all and all an awesome site that has made my job possible during the pandemic.

No problems. The benefit is being able to have documents signed by people by emailing it to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing plans are fair, affordable for small businesses, and appropriate for the functionality provided. The interface is simple and intuitive and easy to hit the ground running. Documents are scanned quickly or converted from upload simply, fields are detected quickly, and it's very simple to create templates to reuse multiple times without recreating. The ROI is immediately apparent in time saved by not meeting to collect signatures and not missing compliance deadlines due to missed meetings. Collecting signatures can be done on an as needed basis because it's as easy as sending out an email to a customer, client, or tenant to get what is needed. It also serves as proof of delivery which is great for some of the legal issues we often need to overcome in a rental business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be clearer but solid support makes up for it. It can be a little daunting at first to understand the differences in terminology, but there's a great repository of Youtube videos to walk through the basic steps needed to get you having documents signed by customers, partners, and legal associates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating paper signatures has streamlined business processes. Tax forms, leases, and questionnaires are all easily filled out and collected due to everything being electronic. Our tenants love that they can complete everything on their phone and submit it at any time of day. Eliminating scanning was also a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I shopped around quite a bit before settling on signNow. You won't find a more affordable, complete product.
