I have had recent bad service utilizing other e-sign software
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and there is always someone you can connect with if you have a problem
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send a message to the recipient, but I have not see that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to COVID-19 our office only provides virtual services. SignNow allows me to send documents to clients for their signature as needed.
Seamless Tool for Electronic Documentation and Mobile Version is a ++ !!!

With being a current user of SignNow, this has helped with streamlining our documentation process flow. Quicker turn times with completing electronic documentation.
Love the Signing Link option!
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried other signature apps that work just fine, but SignNow is my favorite because of its ability to generate a "Sign Now" link. I include this in my digital welcome package, and this allows me to be on-brand instead of sending a separate email to request a signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a huge volume of contracts to be signed, so the price is a little steep for my needs. That being said - I still feel it's worth the investment for the convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a branded portal for new clients with a button to click to request a signature (instead of a 3rd party email) and SignNow provides that.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow's advanced capabilities such as calculated fields and document binders are critical to our day to day work. SignNow is part of our process flow for every contract, every authorization, and even internal documentation. We love being able to get signatures on all forms where required, and that SignNow is even HIPAA compliant. The direct link between SignNow and Drobox keeps all of our documents where we need them. We have a copy in email, in signnow, and in Dropbox so we can always find documents when needed. Having used other products in the past, we have found SignNow has better advanced capabilities, and is extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback with SignNow is when setting up templates in pre configured forms the field sizes cannot always be made small enough (dropdown fields, for instance, are pre-set to be too large for a little box that just needs a Y or N filled in). My recommendation to improve upon this would be to not have a base default size for fields and allow them to be sized at whatever the end user feels is right for the form. Additionally, allowing fields to overlap slightly would help in tighter checkbox areas in predesigned forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved so many problems with SignNow. First, we set up all newhire onboarding packets in SignNow including insurance enrollments so new hires now just complete an easy packet at we never miss a document. The other benefit we have realized with SigNow is that we can change a signer if needed without redoing the entire document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial and just use it. It's simple, and will likely accomplish everything you need a document signing platform.
Reliable & Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SignNow for a number of years now. I originally was looking for an e-sign tool that would allow handwritten 'initials' vs typewritten 'initials' and initially SignNow was one of the few tools that had a setting to ensure this. I have tried other e-sign tools but now prefer SignNow due to the fact it is very intuitive and easy to use both for me and my clients. The customer e-sign experience has been smooth and I have not yet had anyone say that had any trouble signing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with SignNow over the past few years has been great - I don't have any complaints.

I needed the option for client 'initials' to be handwritten - SignNow offers an easy-access setting to ensure this and the process for my clients to sign documents has been smooth and user-friendly.

One of the best esign tools available in terms of price, quality, features, reliability and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Sign Now is so easy to set up and use. The process is streamlined so you can focus on the features you need and skip the ones you don't. It makes sending and receiving signed contracts from my clients a total breeze, and I've never had a single one complain about glitches, difficulties or problems of any kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot more to it than I need. I literally skip 95% of the features they offer, but they don't get in my way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an affordable solution to getting contracts signed. Just a few clicks and it's sent. I love the simplicity and how easy it makes it for my clients to do their part. No fuss or complaints.

Just do it! I've researched many and tried several. SignNow is by far my favorite.
Excellent competitively-priced service
What do you like best about the product?
signNow has allowed me to digitize all my paper forms and easily send them to clients to sign or fill out and keep a record of. I compared several similar services and this was the most affordable for my needs. I was impressed with how user friendly it is. I like the options for using a picture of one's signature or signature fonts and creating check boxes. I can send emails to multiple clients at once on BCC.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that it is very tricky to figure out how to make a text/signature box so that the text/signature falls on the line in the document. I have had to spend a lot of time remaking documents. When it is not on the line, the document looks less professional.

I suddenly had to go digital due to COVID, My alternative was to buy an expensive package that included digital forms along with booking/payment and note taking software. I saved a lot of money by purchasing this as a separate service.
Very easy to use, super user freindly and a great product!

I like how simple the product is to use, it has a very user freindly interface. One feature I particularly like are the templates, I love having the ability create templates this makes document control super easy and also means I am able to use this very easily with my team .
I also love the great choice of signitures avaliable and from a client perspective its great too, my clients have commented how easy it is to use from their side. It is also extremely handy for storage of important documents and provides a fantastic audit trail, you can see signing history and get updates as to where things are.
I send out a lot of contracts to clients all over the place and this makes it secure, easy and efficient to get all of my contracts out to clients. It produces a super proffesional looking interface to my clients and really ups our game. Prior to having signNow we created contract PDF's which would take a huge amount of time and effort for our clients to complete and sign, signNow makes the process really easy.

Given the fact that it doesnt waste so much paper I feel a lot better about using signNow than I do about printing off endless bits of paper.

Cutting down on cost due as we dont need to print anything, this is also much more secure than sending a PDF as you can cancel a contract once sent.

Use it, you wont be dissapointed its so easy to use and great for the environment!
